This went downhill really quick!!!!…read more My barely used tire was old - as in from the 90s old. It shredded on the freeway, with the tread separating from the rest of the tire. Went to another tire shop to get this replaced and found out the true age of the tire and was told they should have never installed it. Plus, I found out that this place cross threaded my stud, which meant it couldn't come off. The new tire shop had to remove it and install another but was kind enough to take pics and give me the information to go in and complain to the shop. For Christ's sake - I am all for a deal but this place is grossly negligent and believe me, I will be taking legal action. And for the record - I asked about alignment when I was in. I notice that the owner says that they do this... I was told they didn't do it anymore.

Sorry to say Do not recommend this dealership in any way. Very sad to say, because I have always loved and respected Audi. I am not purchasing $100,000 car but still was making a purchase that would benefit Audi and still show the respect I have always had for them. They just do not live up to the standards I have experienced with prior Audi locations. Was not too surprised to see such a low rating on review reviews after my recent experience.

The whole transaction was really well-handled, and we would buy a car then again in a heartbeat. That said, the service department is a mess. I love that I was able to schedule an appointment online, and anticipated the lack of chaos that usually comes with having an appointment at an establishment that also takes walk-ins. I was to be disappointed. Firstly, I walked in the doors and up to the front desk where 3 people were working. Two were coordinating something, and the other was focused on a computer screen. I waited. And waited. To the point it got really awkward. Finally, as I contemplated walking back out since I seemed to be invisible, one of the people in conversation told me they'd be right with me. They were not, and then they both left. So now the person on the computer is on a phone call, and I think surely someone is coming right back to help me. I stand there and look around at the 6-8 desks a few yards away, where the employees all seem to be at their leisure, chatting and laughing with each other, but not inclined to notice me. Eventually, someone comes back. He looks up my paperwork, sees that I have an appointment, and tells me it'll be at least 2 hours to get my oil changed. TWO HOURS. I asked why, on earth? Because they're really backed up, he says. But I made an appointment, I proffer. That's just how long it takes, he says. You'll likely not be surprised that I asked him to cancel my appointment (which apparently means nothing) and took my car to Big-O the next morning. It took 40 minutes to change my oil and rotate my tires.

The ease of getting financed and efficient paperwork was fantastic. It was paperless and given to you on a thumb drive. I also take my Jeep here to be serviced and it's always been quick and done right the first time. I like that you can schedule online. They're very communicative by sending texts, calling and they even send you a video of your car so you know what's been worked on. I'm definitely going back to get my next Jeep here!
