He did a complete bathroom remodel and took an old tired 30 years bathroom and brought it back to life. Tile work and framing to remove a drop ceiling opened up the bath from a dungeon feel and made the space more usable. Installed 2 roof vents and put in a garage exhaust vent removing the hot air. At our current house he has installed under cabinet lighting, replacing light fixtures and ceiling fan. Installed a big dog door and placed a motion detection light for the night visits for the dogs to the backyard. The dog door looks original to the house. He did major updates to our electrical system adding custom layout for my wife's sewing room. She has an excess of power strips now and no more tripped breakers. Put in a photo cell controlled outside yard light post. The inside of the house was painted from ceiling, walls and baseboards all while we stayed in the house. His employees are nice and friendly, on time, all the while keeps the house clean and respectful of the property. We will have a few more projects now moving to the outside of the house including replacing wood trim that has swollen and delaminated with material that will withstand the elements and finally paint the outside. We have recommended CAID to several friends which all were delighted with his work and fair prices. He has completed all our projects on time on budget and we could not be more happy with Paul and his work, doesn't hurt he's a really nice guy too.
