Bankruptcy sucks and isn't something I recommend but it is needed in some instances. Didn't think I…read morecould even qualify after reading so much stuff online but I really didn't see a way to work through my financial struggle after losing my job. I put it off simply because I didn't know what to do and I basically felt paralyzed. Long story short, I made an appointment for a consultation, figuring I couldn't qualify but maybe they could recommend another option. The attorney Janine, completely put our fears to rest. We qualified despite the issues that I thought would disqualify us. It wasn't a stress free process by any means but the attorney and the paralegals guided us every step of the way and helped us understand what to expect each step of the process. My only additional advice would be, to do the steps as quick as you can. There's lots of info they need and the longer it takes you to get it all gathered, the longer it drags out. Thank you Avery Law!

It can always be intimidating to meet at a Law Office especially concerning deeds, trusts, probate,…read moreand wills. I never once felt that way with Andrea on the phone and definitely not with Ann Voss in the conference call. Matter of fact, we were treated like rockstars signing a multi-million dollar record deal. We had a sensitive question about whether or not my Mom should put the house in our names in case something were to happen to her during her safari trip in Kenya. ( just kidding about the safari trip ), but she's not getting any younger so we justed wanted to be smart and plan appopriately. Andrea and Ann were so kind and generous with their time on a late Friday afternoon. Ann answered all of our questions and even navigated through our mortgage company's website to look at payoff details. We now have all the information we need and have a clear action plan to make sure that our Mom is covered and the house will be with our family for generations to come. I highly recommend Ketlinski Law Office. They were respectful, professional, and so kind.

What I thought would be a simple update to our family trust turned into something that needed real expertise. I found Patton & Buller through the Idaho Bar Association and booked an appointment.
