They do have some nice staff but their leadership, starting from the owner, is woeful, prioritizing money over everything else and summer program is very lame to say the least. We also felt rushed through the tour as if the woman giving us the tour was thinking "take it or leave it, we obviously will fill up regardless." She also waited until we were basically out of the front door to ask if we had any questions for her. We left feeling like our son would just be another face in the crowd rather than a valued student. Maybe the new campus will resolve some of the cramped/crowded feel, but I still have issues with the general way we felt unvalued as potential parents of a student.

My son has been going here about six months now and I could not be…read moremore grateful to have a daycare this well run within half a mile of my house. - Communication - Principrin provides clear and concise mass communications as necessary and individual updates through the Procare app. I know to the minute how long my son napped, when he ate, when his diaper was changed, and what he did during playtime. They also provide straightforward communications when there have been a number of cases of the flu or other viruses, and I do I feel like Priciprin does everything within their control to prevent the spread of germs. - Orientation - Like most new moms, I had a lot of anxiety about going back to work. It helped that Principrin provided a thorough packet of information and met with us individually to discuss our son's transition prior to his start date, and within a short period of time I felt very comfortable leaving him there. My son had issues with bottle refusal starting out, and they were very patient with us as we worked through it. - Staff - It's obvious that the women who work here really care about the kids. I'm fairly certain the front desk receptionist knows every child by name and 99% of the kids I've seen at pick up are in a great mood coming out. The teachers here really go above and beyond to find different activities and set up cute & creative photo shoots. - Efficiency - This is a very large facility and can be hectic since most parents drop off and pick up their kids around the same time. Generally they do an excellent job of managing the peak times and I rarely have to wait more a few minutes or so for someone to take my baby back to his classroom. The check-in and out process is done via QR code and seems secure. - Pricing - The monthly rates here are a little higher than the other facilities that we checked out in the Heights, but considering the size of the facility and level of care I feel like they are justified. 10/10 - 100% recommend!

ALSO!!!!!, how do they expect for anybody to have a full time job with the short school hours they have?! And then NO BUS SERVICE AND JUST FREE LUNCH FOR EVERYBODY?!?!! My 3 month old went there for 3 weeks then we decided to take her out. We had to tell them more…read morethan once to change her diaper, we would pick her up and it would be extremely full. So full once that it was leaking on her clothes. Her face was always dirty when we picked her up as well. Everytime we went to pick her up for the day she would always be in a swing. We purposely would pick her up each day at a different time and she would be in a swing. We asked if there were cameras for viewing over the internet and they said no, but we could come in anytime and view the video tape from the day. That was from the assistant director. When we came in to see video from the day, the director stated that they don't keep cameras in the infant room because they have a viewing window. When we went to pick her up for good, the day care worker showed me where the camera was in the room. So the director lied. I would not recommend this daycare until your child is old enough to speak and tell what they AREN'T doing to nurture your child.

There's usually always someone at the front desk, so that also makes me feel good about this location. They have an outdoor play area for each age group, that is gated. The teachers are all amazing and welcoming, and my child loves them! There's lots to do in the classroom, and I enjoy getting his work sent home so I can see how well he is progressing. They also do fun little themes/events, so that mixes it up and lets us have fun. I'm really glad I went with this daycare!!

Let me say it again - FREE! Little slides, a climbing structure, artificial grass to play on. There is also a classroom set up with toys and games. And better yet, you can bring in your own food and drinks and eat lunch with your little. There are cubbies to store your shoes and other items. There is a sink located in the classroom as well as a changing table. When you enter, you'll check in and you'll get the low down. It wasn't over crowded when I was there and you don't need to make a reservation. Parking may be tricky the first time. There is parking across the street on Clay and a block over - catty corner to the church. If you park along the green fence in one of those two lots - it is free! There are reserved signs pained in the spots - but a little hard to read. If you are concerned about where you parked then just ask the security guard when you entire the church. I took off one star only because with any park-the older kids can trample the littles. Sometimes I felt like some parents weren't keeping an eye on their kids - but that's anywhere. I highly suggest this place for your little if you want to beat the heat!!
