I really love how they had a rubber ground for the patrons to walk on because I'm really sick of the wood chips. I'm not sure who started putting shards of wood under our children when they play, but I'm over it. We came here on one of the handful of nice weather days weekend down here in Houston. I regret not going sooner. The weather was great, a little cooler. Ok no it was still hot but felt ok. There were many vendors and for a free concert and dancing outside, discovery green crosses off a lot of boxes. Check them out if you have never been. There was plenty of seating whether you want to be near the stage or at the tables, they have benches and plenty of green space. Great for kids and ok to bring pets. She also confirmed what size canvas they wanted. I left at that point because although I paid for the experience, it was for the 2 girls. I can tell you fun happened that day. They came out bubbling about how good a shot one was and how it was so much fun and how they got to paint on the walls after they spun the canvas. They will go back in a few days to pick up their painting after it fully dries. There is a few different experiences that you can do so I'm sure my girls will be back!

There is street parking that was easily accessible to the front of the gated park entrance. The wooden playground was large and had 2 sections for bigger kids & smaller kids. The wooden train was unique and many kids enjoyed exploring it. There weren't as many picnic tables. I didn't see any bathrooms. Our kids had a lot of fun and I especially appreciated the fenced in park to keep the kids safe. It's close to many shops like Cloud 9 creamery and Common Bond. I definitely plan to come back again.
