We really didn't want to wait because we have a dog, and fenceitforu came through on every promise they made. They helped us submit for HOA approval, which was a new process for us as new homeowners, and made suggestions based on what we needed. Jason and Brandon were just fantastic. We have a tight complicated lot with lots of dips for drainage and I was worried about how it would work out, but it exceeded expectations! The best part about this process is the timeline. It was less than 3 weeks from estimate to install and that was also with HOA approval. They also hardly dug up our lawn which is delicate new sod. I also know they gave us the fence at a great price for the current market with Vinyl. I hope to see you more in the neighborhood! In fact, I know we will because our neighbors were asking who did our fence! Thanks so much Shannon and team!

The paver work will last 50 years, the bushes he selected were large and lush and even bigger than I first selected, everything is well placed and level! The sod work was excellent, they cleaned up everything from gravel in the street and yard to any trash or mess each night. For the Sod, they hand and shovel removed the old weeded areas without pesticides and made sure the earth was properly prepared with a layer of sod dirt before they laid it down. I highly recommend G and R if you want the work done properly and to last. Thank you Gairy and your whole polite and knowledgeable team.

Third job: (Last fall) paid for manual pulling/removal of Bermuda grass from garden beds, plus weed control and mulch. Emphasis on manual removal - explicitly was told they would pull all the Bermuda out manually to get all the roots out. Took a bit of chasing around to get them to actually get it on the books, and then when they did come they just buzzed everything with a string trimmed and sprayed weed killer over that. We agreed to still pay the full price on the condition that Gairy would send a team out in the spring once the Bermuda woke up and inevitably came through the mulch since it wasn't removed. He agreed, and we left it at that. Flash forward to this year and has completely ghosted us and been non-responsive. Even tried asking about having a bunch of other services added so that it wouldn't be a totally free trip, but still No luck. We finally gave up on any hope of getting the promised services, hired Mr. Outdoor Living, dropped like $4K on services with them instead and will be sticking with them next year when we do a sprinkler system and stone retaining walls.

We had several specific requests, including a particular fence style, a less commonly available height, one motorized sliding gate, and one manual gate. We received quotes from two other companies, but Champion Fence was the only one able to accommodate everything we wanted while still offering competitive pricing. The installation was especially challenging because approximately three-quarters of the fence had to be installed across heavily wooded, hilly, and uneven areas of our property. Despite these conditions, their team completed the fence quickly, and we are extremely pleased with the results.
