The tea is made in two containers, they put water and whatever in the cup then mix up the add in's and other powders in a separate container with water, mix it up. They then add ice to the cup. The lady preparing mine said (to herself I guess) "I put too much ice" as she poured the mixture over the ice in the cup - only half would fit. (she sat it back on the counter) I asked if the add ins were included, she said yes that they were all in there and pointed to my cup. I feel like I paid $14 for a cup of mostly ice. As for the baristas they have been pretty friendly and nice, and double checked to make sure we were the correct online order before even giving us our stuff. I'm normally not a huge fan of pumpkin spice anything, but this was really good. It wasn't overly sweet, and just enough pumpkin flavor along with flavors. Nothing bland here, and nothing too sweet at all. Will be back again.
