So many realtors out there... Teachers, mechanics, or just bored retired people. Everyone studies…read morea little to get their license, find a broker, and all of a sudden they are realtors. Not these guys... THIS IS WHAT THEY DO! They practically breathe realty for years, and know the market like the palm of their hands. We had the pleasure of working with two members of their team on two separate occasions (one was buying, one was selling) and aside from the most professional service I have ever seen or heard in this field, my wife and I were treated like we were their only clients! Ross Stern is, without a doubt, the sharpest realtors I have worked with. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for in less than two weeks, and even negotiated in our behalf to the price we were willing to spend on our new home. A few months later, we called Damaris Cohn directly, the broker, to see who is her best agent to help us sell our beautiful home. This lady is so knowledgeable and for 25 minutes couldn't stop talking... :) She gave us truly priceless advice that would later make our sale a smooth sail... She then scheduled a meeting for us with Rebecca Dowling, one of her top agents, who was a pleasure to work with! She was right to the point, daring, even slightly aggressive - and found us a buyer in less than a week (!!!). She stayed with us throughout the entire process until we closed, and even saved us a few thousand dollars by knowing how to handle the buyers who were trying to get us to fix a few things that really did not need any fixing. We are truly grateful, and will definitely use them again in the future! We already got them a few other clients that are also very happy. :)

She made the difficult task of selling a home from out of state east and painless-- from staging to listing to pricing, it was one quick call or email and the task was done. The house sold exactly as predicted, a double remote closing went off without a hitch, thanks to Damara and Mangrove. I can't say enough good things about her!

She said he was extremely knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in and was very honest and patient. Thank god we chose to give it a shot. Jerry is everything you would expect and want from a real estate agent. He has been in the field long enough to know what to jump on and what to avoid, when to buy and when to sell, and most of all, what home is perfect for you at your current stage in life. He was patient with us from the start, which says A LOT as I was pretty demanding and we were both completely unfamiliar with what to do when it came to buying our first home. He worked with us to find out what we liked and what we didn't, and where we wanted to live. He was there with us for the ups and the downs and the unexpected. He 'held our hands' through every step of the process and worked with us to make sure we were completely happy. He is also full of resources and recommendations so when we had to drop our loan officer due to severe issues one month before we had to move out of our apartment, he referred us to another one who settled us down within a couple days. Now that we've moved in, he has helped us even in the renovating and repairing stages with a handyman/electrician. Jerry is the best real estate agent we could've ever asked for and has become a trusted friend. We highly recommend him to help you with your home purchase or home sale. You won't be sorry! :)

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I highly recommend Ben from Icon Management for anyone looking for a Management and Brokerage firm. DM Celebration, FL

I waited 30 Days to post this review to give Benjamin the benefit of the doubt, to give him a…read morechance to prove his word as a property management company but here is the proof that he is a SCAM artist. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.
