Kool place looks good just didn't get to get a hair cut 40min wait on a 1st time walk in realized we are not welcomed listening to chatter only the usuals or appointments.Came here for local work so tried my luck since its close by a job site why are some barbershops like that hustle drive is gone.Take work if it's sitting in your shop takes a lot for a man to take the risk with new barber too. A few months ago I decided to drop my childhood barber to find a barber that fit more of what I was looking for in terms of style. I've been coming here ever since they opened! I always shopped at that plaza and saw the signs "opening soon" and once they did, I walked in on a Sunday to a full lobby but was taken care of in a few minutes. I started coming regularly and quickly became one of Ray's regulars. I come all the way from Long Beach and used to get my cuts out there. When I saw Ray and asked for something, he gave me his opinion/input about what he thought would look better. I trusted my gut and went with Ray's recommendations and ever since then I've always trusted Ray to take care of me! I always make a reservation with Ray (this guy's always getting booked up fast so plan ahead!) and the few times I need a last minute cut, Abel also takes care of me and does just as good of a job as Ray. I had another friend who's been looking for a go-to barber in Anaheim and recommended him to go here. He wasn't disappointed and will be returning very soon! read more

Let me start by saying that I'm a HUGE Yelp person! Most new places I go are from raving yelp reviews. My brother in law told me about this place and I was hesitant because there weren't that many Yelp reviews. Boy, was I wrong! From the moment I walked in (as I walk in).. I felt confident that they would give my 3 year old son exactly what I wanted. And THEY DID! My son immediately was seated and serviced. Extremely clean. All the barbers' haircuts were fresh, including how they were dressed. They all seemed young but very experienced in what they were doing. Everyone that was there getting their hair cut was done real nice. Now, with my son.. this is the first time I've ever gotten his hair cut by a barber and I'm so pleased! He's only 3 so he moved A LOT! But let me tell you.. Abel did a great job with being patient with him and executing the hair cut we explained. My husband got his hair touched up as well (by Ray) and he did a great job! They will definitely be returning customers & will be referring anyone and everyone I know here that needs a haircut! Prices are not expensive AT ALL! Especially for the quality of the cut that you get. Seems that they'll be able to execute any idea of a haircut you have. Thank you Iconic! Iconic BarberHouse is my go to spot. I drive 30 minutes just to come and get my haircut. Every time I enter the shop, I'm instantly greeted and welcomed in. Whether there is sports on the TV's, a movie being played, or music bumping, the vibe in the shop is great. I've been going to Ray for close to a year and a half now. He's professional, talented, passionate, and makes great conversation for the hour I'm in his seat. He's a busy guy, so make sure you book at least a week or so in advance to get in his schedule. If not, there are plenty of other talented barbers available, and they accept walk in appointments. When Ray is booked up or out of town, Abel is there to take care of me. My family and I have been coming to this barbershop for some time now. I arrived at 6:26pm on 5/10/22 after a long drive from work to get a haircut and the gentleman at the front (acting manager for the evening) told me they were closed. I replied that their door says that they close at 7pm, plus I was in before their last call at 6:30pm. He told me they had to leave right away and couldn't take me. There was nobody in the lobby and there were two barbers, each with a client. To Raymond the owner of this business, I think it is important for you to know that the individual you have entrusted with your business, does not know the basics of business ethics and good customer service. You are a good guy and take pride in growing your business and don't deserve people like this gentleman ruining it for you. I understand we all want to go home to our families, but there is a responsibility to the business and your customers to respect hours of operation. Remember, it is because of the customer that you continue to do business. You might want to have a chat with this guy. Sorry to say we will not be returning to this barbershop. After being turned away by Iconic Barbers, I drove down the street to Granada Square and they gladly helped me at 6:40pm. So when you call they don't give appointments and tell you to walk in; when you walk in they barely acknowledge your existence and don't tell you there is a walk in list. To make matters worse they have a dread headed women there who is I guess their walk in runoff person who is getting haircuts done in half the time as her counterparts and it shows!
