I called this company repeatedly only to be told every time to call back another day that the scheduler was out. Apparently they only have one person who can schedule in the entire company. Each time I was told they were completely open for my date. After a week and a half I finally got someone to take down my name and never asked for my number and said someone would contact me in a couple days. At this point I decided it was just getting ridiculous and sent an email asking for someone to contact me about wedding transportation and outlined that I had contacted the company several times to no avail. I then got a reply that they were sorry and requested a good time to call. I then received another email saying they all of a sudden had nothing for that date available. Unbelievable. I sent a reply back that every person I had talked to had told me they were completely open for my date. This is the response I got back: "I'm sorry but you said this morning that nobody has been responding to you and I have stepped in but we do not have anything available. We are sorry that you had a problem with Cowboy and that our communication was off with you we just don't have anything available for that date. Maybe you can try another local company?" I will NEVER do business with this company and will never recommend them to anyone I know in the area. I have never been treated in such a way by a company I am trying to give my money to. Holy. I met Chris Livingston, the owner of VIP Limo as he operated a body shop that he created to manufacturer limousines for VIP. I hired him to work on an RV and the next thing you know a month or so later we were in a legal dispute as he had taken a $10,000 deposit, via an Insurance claim check, from me and then the deal fell apart and he refused to give me the money back. This behavior baffled me. I can understand him having hurt feelings because he didn't get the job, but I don't get how you get to take $10,000 from a customer and then act like you're some kind of victim. Well, needless to say he lost his case in court but by then he had bankrupted the company so he gets off Scott Free. I assume he my money to pay bills, but just after he took the deposit he went on a vacation to Puerto Rico . I'm sure he would say in a very corporate way that taking my money and then going to the Caribbean are unrelated. I do know that VIP limo is thriving and I assume my $10,000 contribution helped. The legal system says Chris can do anything he wants no matter how wrong it seems as long as he quickly folds the company and starts another corporation; rinse, repeat. I think you should know as a customer if you hire VIP limo you are hiring a person who has ability to harm other people with no remorse. The legal system has informed me that Chris Livingston can do anything he wants as long as he does it under the protection of a corporation. I told the district attorney that what he did was wrong and they said well he didn't do anything wrong, the corporation did wrong, and he made the corporation go away so nothing bad happened. If you hire this company, VIP Limo , maybe nothing bad may happen. However, you are engaging with a person who harmed me and my family permanently. The last thing I will offer is that Chris needs to feel loved so bad that in the past he would get his employees to write phony positive reviews. Wow. Randall Cothren

Julie from OTW ILM LLC is the best choice for any occasion…read more I knew Julie from her coming into the restaurant where I worked over the years, and she was always incredibly sweet and hilarious. When our 7-year-old passed away recently, I knew we might need a driver on the day of the funeral. We were all far too emotional to drive, and it was going to be a very long day, with the burial site an hour away. I immediately thought of Julie. She was always so kind, and if I was going to give anyone my business, I wanted it to be her. I was also a little curious to see Julie in that setting because I had never seen her serious--she's always the most bubbly person, making funny jokes and being super fun to be around. But this was a very sad day for us. On the day of the funeral, Julie arrived early. I was crying until I was supposed to be ready and getting ready when I should have been leaving. Julie was extremely patient and kind and never made me feel rushed. After the funeral, we drove an hour away, and she was so compassionate and easy to be around. That was saying a lot at the time because, honestly, almost everyone felt hard to be around. She was so patient waiting for us and offered the kids drinks at the burial. We ended up being way over schedule, but she never once brought it up or made us feel bad. She waited patiently everywhere we went, helped us carry all of our things, and kept us on track. I already knew she was kind, and I knew she was funny, but I could never have imagined having anyone else there playing the role she did that day. She was incredible. After the day we spent with her, I now consider her a lifelong friend. If I could have sent a $1,000 tip, it would have been worth every penny, but funerals are extremely expensive, and unfortunately, I can't do that. So I just want to highly recommend her instead. If you want a driver who is super fun, she's your girl (trust me, you can't shock her!). But she is also amazing for something as personal and difficult as what we were dealing with. I truly can't recommend her enough. If you are going to spend money on a driver, please make it her.
