Kris was really responsive and helpful when I was picking out colours and I got exactly the look I wanted. I have never had an unsatisfactory haircut from here and have always experienced excellent service. The hairdressers are friendly and welcoming, I always feel that they really listen to what I like, but are also able to give me thier input or advice when necessary. Perhaps the best thing about this salon is that the hairdressers are up to date with modern hairstyles. I have very short styled hair, and when I have visited other salons, I have often left with an old fashioned, dated haircut; this is never the case at Toni and Guy. I sometime vary the individual hairdresser who cuts my hair here, based on availability, but Shelley, a style director at the salon often cuts my hair and always does an excellent job, I'm always being complimented on my hair after after my appointments with her. The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and relaxing, and I always leave feeling happy with the service and treatment I've received. I would (and often do) recommend this salon to anyone; although there are cheaper places to go for a haircut, I think the quality of the service is well worth the money.

The woman who cut my hair either had some sort of motor neuron dysfunction, or had been drinking. She hacked at my head like a lunatic, bashing the clippers into the sides of my skull with wild abandon. She's left me with a distinct line in my hair on one side, and big tufts shooting out all over. At first I thought maybe this is just how the kids are wearing their hair these days, but after checking with my fiance she has confirmed that it's just a really terrible haircut. AWFUL.
