As it wound-down I was connected with a potential new client who, as it turned out, dropped me after only two projects. Did not hear why, from the client or the CC agent who handled it. CC would send e-mails directly regarding other possible gigs, but when I responded to them, I realized after the first, oh, dozen or so, CC wasn't even acknowledging they'd received them, let alone setting up interviews. The last e-mail I sent the agent who'd overseen my year-long gig hasn't been responding to my update emails either. Welcome to the exciting gig workforce!
