Our farmhouse basement was holding water and cracks leaking water were showing up in the floor…read more The only time we were almost dry was during a drought. We got a quote for a sump pump and perimeter drain. The day of installation the crew suggested additional drainage for the main crack in the middle of the basement. No hard sales just advice once they cut into the concrete and saw the water pressure. They did a terrific job working hard to meet deadlines and finish before the next storm hit. In addition, they moved an old stove out of the basement and took it to the dump for us at no additional charge. The job got done right and the crew could not have been more professional. The cracks were drying up before our eyes and a week later we have a useable room with no water or odors. Yeah!!
