She is accessible to me by text during off hours and I have always been given immediate appointments when necessary. Abby , her nurse, is excellent to deal with . She is responsive and on the occasions I have needed blood work been gentle and never left a bruise. While I realize no one can guarantee that I appreciate the results so far! Dr Anne has been a great resource for good referrals to specialists when necessary. I recently had a test which turned out to have good results. However Dr Anne was able to coordinate the available of the results so that I did not have any anxious days! I would highly recommend Dr. Anne Wilson and her staff

She will respond to my texts during off hour questions and always has time to schedule an appointment with me should I or should she feel that is necessary. She has been an excellent resource for referrals to some very good specialists when necessary. Recently she was able to alleviate some anxiety by accessing the results from some tests which turned out to be just fine. However, without her intervention, I would have had to wait. I am very pleased with that level of caring and service. Her assistant, Abby is also pleasant, professional and caring. She is a real boon to the office as Abby is the first person with whom a person interacts when visiting the office. I have never had to wait more that just a couple of minutes for my schuduled appointment. In addition, Abby has drawn blood from my arm with no pain and no bruising. While I certainly know this is not a for sure in the future, so far she has done really well and I appreciate that too!! I completely recommend Dr. Anne and Abby.

Dr. Zarick's insight into my medical case would years later come back to help me. If she hadn't…read moretaken the time to listen, and process all of the information, I wouldn't still be here today. In 1991, when I was 16 years old, I was experiencing a number of strange infections. At once point, she pulled my mother aside and said "your daughter has a severe ecoli infection in her vagina, and she doesn't have a fever or an elevated white cell blood count, and that isn't normal". Unfortunately, my mother (for reasons perhaps only a psychologist can help me with), blew it off, attributing it to just normal growing whatever, but Dr. Zarick was insistent that there was something wrong (and that I needed to follow up with my normal pediatrician). This is significant, because as the years past the problem became worse and worse, my infections more extreme and scary, and as doctors kept asking me about my past, I slowly started to remember...'wait a minute, there was this one doctor at Centreville Urgent Care who was very concerned about me...' And then when I finally got my hands on some of my old records, there it was--yeast infections, bronchitis, strep throat, and of course the ecoli infection i cultured positive for without the corresponding elevated wbc seen in most normal people... She was working at the Urgent Care, but if she hadn't taken the time to think about what was going on with me, and alert my mother (a conversation they had in the hallway outside of the room I was in, which thankfully I overheard), I wouldn't be here today. She was the first physician to know something was wrong, and speak up about it. When I stumbled upon a more recent review written by a patient of hers that said the same positive things I felt about her, I was very glad to read she's still practicing medicine with the same heart and soul she had back when I was younger.

I am now getting relief have hope I will soon be able to use my left leg again! I wish she could be my primary care doctor!

If you're looking for a doctor that you can rely on and that you don't have to chase down for…read moreoverlooked issues related to your health, or wait three months for an appointment then keep looking. I was perfectly fine waiting for an appointment given the reviews and reputations that Dr. Meyer seemed to have. I always intentionally book doctors appointments early in the morning so that I don't find myself waiting forever to be seen. I had an appointment first thing in the morning and still didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes after I got there, and then I had to wait another 20 minutes for him to come into the room. The visit itself was somewhat concerning because many times during the appointment Dr. Meyer seemed lost in thought, but I attributed that to it being early in the day or maybe an off day. The real red flag didn't come up until after my appointment. He stated he was going to issue a couple prescriptions that we discussed based on my needs, but when I went to pick them up one was missing. Something I have needed desperately for some time. I called the office a couple days later and ask them to please have Dr. Meyer send in that prescription since it was overlooked. A couple days later, still no prescription. So I called the office again. They said they were going to market as urgent and priority so he took care of it right away. Couple days later still no prescription. Called the office a third time, this I was told they were going to speak with his assistant directly. Couple days later no prescription. Called a fourth time and was told that they went and spoke with him directly about it and that it would be taken care of right away. Next day still no prescription. Call the office a fifth time, and at this point I'm quite frustrated with the situation. I made a tongue-and-cheek comment about having to threaten someone to get this very basic request to be done. Finally, after five follow up phone calls and 23 days, the prescription gets sent in. Something that probably took all of 30 seconds to do. It seems as though either their is an issue with patient load, or an inability to provide the proper care in a timely manner. Either way, not a good experience. Again, if you are looking for punctuality, reliability, and basic consideration for your health and well being, look elsewhere. I do hope my situation is an isolated one, but given the consistency across the entire experience, it seems not.

From the first meeting I had with Dr. Possner, I knew things would be vastly different and that I had found someone that would have a profound impact on my health. My first appointment was the longest time I had ever spent with a doctor. My appointment was 2 hours and Dr. Possner had fully reviewed my medical records and engaged me in thoughtful conversation about my medical history. I left my initial appointment with a feeling of empowerment over my health that I had never really felt before. Little did I know that the impact of having Dr. Possner as my doctor would happen so quickly. I was on vacation and had an acute UTI. It was after business hours, but I was able to call the office and get the on call doctor that happen to be Dr. Possner. I walked him through my symptoms and he immediately called in a prescription for me. Because he had such knowledge of my history it was easy for us to communicate and talk through my symptoms. He checked on me via email through the client portal several times over the next couple of days to ensure I was ok. The fact that I was in a remote part of a different state and I was able to call and speak with the doctor saved me stress and the hassle of finding an urgent care to go to. He has made several recommendations to other specialists and doctors, all of whom have turned out to be amazing. His referral goes a long way with each specialist I have scheduled an appointment with. I can't recommend Dr. Possner enough; he's a great listener, thoughtful, caring, kind and you can tell he truly loves what he is doing. His follow through is simply amazing.
