We used these cleaners a few years ago and the experience was unremarkable. This time, extremely disappointing. The cleaning team came late and were rude because and did not properly clean several places - refrigerator interior, the countertops, mirrors and surfaces not dusted, rubbish left. After contacting the main office (Steve) with complaints the same day, we were told that our request for a partial refund would be passed on. After having to contact the company again 3 more times with no response (6 weeks), another representative (Emily) finally responded offering nothing since I cleaned the uncleaned areas myself. They did not offer to come back in the future at a discount. We will not use their service again. NOTE: They are now using the name Best Home Cleaning but we paid our bill to a company called "Icleaner LTD". Their emails also have the name Professional Cleaners London. Don't use this company EVER!! They turned up late, hardly cleaned the flat, smoked inside and didn't even provide us with an invoice. Very poor service and after sales, booked End of Tenancy cleaning on the same as the Check In for tenants. I was confident in there services due to website, and made payment before checking work. On arrival, of the inventory clerk, I noticed the wooden floor were still dusty, the blinds were still dusty, the washing machine compartment was not cleaned, the kitchen floor had mop marks all over. My wife called them and explained what happened and said tenant were moving in this evening and could not do inventory as property was still dirty for the tenants to move that evening. They said they can send cleaner back next morning, we called in the morning and they said could not get hold of cleaner and there is nothing they can do.... This company damaged the freezer door when cleaning my apartment. They weren't appointed by me but my previous tenants. I contacted them to seek some compensation as I am now having to pay £600 for a new intergrated fridge freezer to be installed. It took them 5 days to respond to my email and that is only after I contacted them with bbcwatchdog in cc, Simply told me that it was not there problem and denied any wrongdoing. Do NOT book this company. They may be cheap but do not be fooled. Never has the saying "you get what you pay for" been more accurate. I booked an end of tenancy clean for a Sunday morning. I arrived on time but the cleaner never showed up because apparently: "the cleaner did not have internet connection yesterday and did not receive the property's address, which was sent to them by skype". What kind of excuse is that!? After a few minutes of waiting, I tried to repeatedly phone the "head office" on the two phone numbers listed on an email signature from the booking confirmation. Despite the claim of office hours from 8:30 on Sundays, neither phone number was operated. In the end, I managed to get through to someone on the phone via a surrogate website "www.london-professional-cleaning.co.uk" but they were very unhelpful and kept pushing back the time they could get a replacement cleaner to me - first it was 10am, then 11am, then 2pm, then i was told to try a different cleaning company. This person only picked up the phone to me when she felt like it; on average one out of 3 tries. She kept telling me that she would phone be back when had arranged a time for the cleaner to arrive, but didn't once. I had to keep trying to phone back.
