As you can imagine that whole process of moving is stressful let alone trying to sell your house afterward. I called Stop Drop & Clean and they were able to fit us in super fast! I expressed my concerns regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, as well as my very limited budget. Without question, SDC did an awesome job on the unit, cut me a deal, and remained well within my budget. They also kept me in the loop on all happenings during the time of the cleaning so that I was fully aware of what to expect in terms of the final bill. When they were through, they sent me photos of the unit after it had been all cleaned. To add to all they did, they also donated services to the non-profit I work for. In a nut shell, SDC was generous, down to earth, and great to work with. They've made loyal customers out of me, and I hope to spread the word for them here in Seattle!

I paid them before seeing the result, which was a mistake. I came home expecting a clean house (since I had paid hundreds of dollars to house cleaners) and it was filthy. There were cobwebs and dust everywhere. One of the toilets looked like it had not been cleaned at all. At least part of the floor had not been even swept (covered in dust, cobwebs, and old dirt). Sinks had old food and had not been cleaned around the drain area. I took numerous pictures and contacted Spree Clean with the pictures (which clearly showed the filth). They made no attempt to rectify. The only response from them was to ask if someone had been in the house after them (the only person who was there after them was the carpet cleaner). I'm surprised and disappointed by my experience with Spree Clean.
