I own a commercial bakery in Florida, and have used various printing methods specific to logo cookies. I cannot say enough about this company and their help in solving issues quickly, their customer service, and the results of the printed image are just WOW. I have customers with Black and Red logos, and the images in the past have been subpar, blurry, or faded. I am actually reprinting a few orders with the Blue Printer just to resend to customers. The images with the Big Blue are so CRISP and sharp, and the pigment is perfect. The training is also great, and the software is easy to use. My only regret is that I saw this printer a couple of years ago at a show, opted for another printer, and wish I had jumped on the Blue Printer train then. BUT I have it now, and I LOVE IT! read more

if I could give this company "0" stars I would. I purchased the XLrg printer and have only been able to use it one time. Customer service is no help. They keep saying that the print head is clogged, but can't explain to me why it would be after only one use. The representatives can barely walk you through fixing anything and that's if they try. I'm so sorry that I trusted this company. It wouldn't let me comment on the response that I received. So to be clear. The printer did not set around without being used. I explained to both reps that I had done nozzle checks, regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and put the water on the sponges like they had me do. I have also used the cleaning supplies that I had purchased before from your site. And yes it still came with cleaner. I work full time and I'm not normally off in time to call in to get a rep. I just so happen to be able to call in early today. In fact I called 3x. Your first rep said besides sending me some emails there was nothing that she could do for me. That's why I asked her for a manager and she tried to tell me that nobody could talk to me. She wanted me off the phone. read more

We have been working with Icing Images since at least 2017 when we purchased our first edible printing machine. We are now on our 3 machine with the purchase of the new Big Blue printer. We only shop with Icing Images because of the great customer service - even when we call last minute for supplies for pop-up printing orders! We highly recommend that ANYONE considering creating edible sweets using images to purchase from Icing Images! The team is fantastic which is added value! read more

Tech support doesn't take the place of good customer service. It's not always the customer's fault ie. "user error" when the printer is not performing to expectations. Their web based software is not very user friendly or browser friendly. Print settings have to be readjusted just about every print job depending on which web browser you use (Firefox/Chrome) It's has been struggle since I've owned the printer to get the printer to print on their precut circles. I plan to purchase a flat bed edible printer next from another vendor and discard the other. read more

I have been creating sugar sheet prints for years. This is my first actual printer purchase through Icing Images.... and I had problems right out of the box. I decided not to suffer too long trying to figure it out, so I called Icing Images for help. Ashlee answered the phone. The help she gave was immediate and accurate. It was very clear that Ashlee knew how to help. Not only did she help get the setup right, but she was able to answer my "why" questions. I was successfully printing before we hung up the phone. That was a month ago. The printer is still working great. Having suffered through several challenging edible image printers, I am thrilled that I now have excellent telephone support if/when we have issues in the future. read more

I called in a panic about messy edible image prints. I am not new to the nuances of edible image printing and their excellent and patient customer service saved the day! We had to do quite a bit of detective work to find the problem. They were so helpful, offering to have me send photos of the prints and we worked out a solution. Their icing sheets and ink are top notch and we only use their products for edible printing! I recommend them all the time to other cake artists. Thank you! read more

Debbie is a liar and she gaslights. She will not apologize for nonworking equipment and will turn everything around and make the customer out to be "angry" and "odd". This is what happened when I tried to get my non-working printer fixed. She turned it around and made me out to be the bad guy. Buy your own equipment directly from the manufacturer. Skip middle people like her. She is very good at manipulating and gaslighting. For example, she called me angry and odd because I came 8 years late to warn people about her. Better late than never. People need to know about her. She's a horrible person. Skip gaslighting manipulative middle people. Buy direct. read more

I bought my printer for printing edible images through icing images and all my supplies needed for printing edible images. There have been a few kinks over the last couple of years with my printer and I never worry because icing images is just a phone call away and every time I've called, they have been wonderful and always get me back up and running. The latest representative that I spoke with was Ashley and she was all around amazing. Debbie is also a gem. Don't hesitate using this company, they are the best. Their products are great quality and their customer service is outstanding read more

I just purchased a new printer and software...I had alot of questions and sure I will have plenty more. Everyone is so helpful..Stephanie, Erin, Cara all very helpful. I hope to have a long lasting relationship with Icing Images as I am fully vested in my new cookie baking hobby and one day hopefully business. Thank you Debbie for creating a down to earth environment. I wish shipping wasn't as high as it is but that is not the company's fault. In order to get things delivered fast and accurate Fed is their choice of vendors. Free shipping is available and other discounts on certain $$ spends. All good and fair. Debbie is conscientious as to cost and very aware of having the best prices for high quality supplies. read more

I have had a relationship with Icing Images since I purchased my first printer six years ago. They have been extremely helpful when I run into issues with my printer. The ladies have gotten me out of so many binds. They are always professional and patient when I am calling in a panic. This particular review is because of the assistance I received yesterday when I decided to print a customer image for a cake due the next day. I went thru my regular routine that I do prior to printing and attempted to run a nozzle check. Long story short I got an error message that I have never seen. I called and got Ashley on the telephone. She gave me two things to do and see if it resolved the problem. Yay! it worked, however I then encountered another issue. I called back and got Stephanie. I explained the issue and Stephanie gave me several suggestions on what to do that should resolve the issue. She even emailed me step by step instructions and an illustration to help. I did everything she told me and my print was ready to go!!! I was so touched by the level of knowledge that both of the ladies have on how to troubleshoot client issues. They are always helpful and I am so grateful to have the ability to contact them if I run into issues. Thank you ladies for always being so helpful. read more

The worse product and business I got this thinking it would help with my small businesses but all it did was make it worse waisted so much money and time in to a product and business that doesn't help there customer and only wants to make a profit off of them, have bought so much ink and pieces for this printer to all most never work or work when it would like it's sad to see similar complaints just like mines on this review wish I had seen this before investing into it. This is a warning to other small businesses don't waste your precious time and look for a better product and do your research before buying a product read more

They sell you canon printers and send you off brand ink. When the ink doesn't work they will literally waste your time and money arguing with you instead of send you new ones. This company has been a detriment to my business over shorty ink. I would look for a new vendor. read more

I am the owner of a Big Blue printer that I purchased from Icing Images in December. The customer service has been great! The printer prints images that are amazingly clear and sharp. I'm so glad I made this investment into my business, because it was definitely worth the money and has added great value to my work. My clients love the added options that they have for their custom orders. I even had an issue with my laptop recently and they were quick to get my problem resolved and get me back up and running. I'm so new to doing cake images and your website helped so much in making my sons cake look great. I ordered wafer paper and the ink from your site and received them so very fast I was very impressed. I called your customer service a few times and was helped so much, everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable about your products. As it turns out that wafer paper may not have been the way to go, I may have trouble with it curling on me when I apply it. I may have been better off with icing sheets instead. I wish I had some to try out instead, since apparently they work better I'm told. Anyhow, every one I have had contact with and everything I have gotten is 100%. Keep up the great work! Amazing company, with the highest standards in the business! We have used Icing Images exclusively for many years. Their commitment to customer service goes above and beyond. Not only do they stand behind all of their products, printers, and electronic cutters they sell, they also work with you to make sure you are getting the most out of what you purchase. Even when we had a printer emergency and reached out after their business hours, we were happily surprised that they responded quickly to help us. My previous edible image printer (which I've had for years) kicked the bucket and I was in a crunch! I talked to the owner Debbie from Icing Images and she reassured me shipping was quick and did not cost extra (phew)! I bought the kit (a new printer that comes with paper and ink) and it literally came the next day (no extra shipping chargers either!) I couldn't be happier with the custom service and quick results! I've been using their icing sheets and wafer paper for years (which I love), but always had it in stock-I'm so happy to know it's a company you can count on in those last minute moments! It was clear they do whatever they can do help (Debbie even told me to put a note in my order to make sure it shipped out that same day)! Thank you Debbie and team! read more

You can send these guys a photo or other image and they print it with edible ink onto a sheet of icing. You peel it off its paper backing and place it on an iced cake. It totally melts in and looks fantastic. So cool! We're using this to decorate our groom's cake for our wedging. We tried another company first, and it was like eating paper on top of our cake. But Icing Images worked like magic. read more

I recently purchased an edible image printer for $500 and unfortunately it's buyer beware. Edible printers require a LOT of maintenance and can be very temperamental. Plus they only give you a 30 DAY warrenty on the print head. Very expensive to maintain. Not worth the money. Get your images printed elsewhere, it's cheaper in the long run. read more

We have been relying on Icing Images for 8 years now for our business Cake Fiction. Although we can get edible images printed at some local supermarkets and ice cream stores, they never seem to be able to match the photo color or dimensions. However every time we order from Debbie at Edible Images we have received the order on time and in perfect state, which helps make us look good. Great service and highly recommended. read more

I made a package order last Wednesday - a printer with ink and paper, and received it the next day! It came with helpful instructions and there is more helpful info on the website. Before I made the order I called the customer service with some inquiries and the woman I spoke with was so helpful (I don't remember her name ). She even called me back to make sure I was clear about everything! Also, their pricing is the lowest I found! I just ordered more icing sheets today - I am definitely hooked! read more

I could not figure out a printing issue I was having using my MAC, so I called Icing Images, multiple times in one day. Purchased a edible printer, went to use it for the first time, did not work, call the company for tech support, they said they offered it, no one available, so left a message, got a call back two days later, in the mean time called the manufacturer of the printer and it was determined that the device had defective software, told this to Icing Images and they could care less, did not want to know anything, till I told them I wanted the inks and icing sheets replaced that had been used to diagnose the printer problem, the owner told me they were not going to replace any products, because it was not there fault the printer was defective, and now the printer has begun to fall apart, the owner is a nasty horrible person, this company does not stand by its products and does not offer tech support, if I could give less than one star I would, stay away from this company. read more

I went to print some edibles on a Friday for a Sunday project and realized I was out of black ink... It was now 4pm and I was in a jam as you can't just go into Staples to get the edible ink you need. The cutoff for overnight shipping is 4pm. I decided to give the company a call to see if there was anything that could be done to help me out. I spoke with Karen and she said even though her UPS/Fed Ex guy had already come and gone for the day, she would drop it off personally to make sure I got it the next day. Ah-mazing. As it turns out, I didn't need it but was thrilled that, due to my own procrastination, I was still going to be able to get my project done. Thanks Karen!! read more

Icing Images' products and customer service are outstanding! I use their wafer paper quite often for my small cake business, and their paper is my absolute favorite in terms of taste (it's vanilla), durability and quality. I highly recommend Icing Images for all edible paper and printing! read more

This review is for the companies customer service. I purchased a printer back in summer 2016 and became a customer of this company for their ink. I don't use the printer very often and finally had to replace the black ink. When I called I just inquired about the black and wound up buying 2 bottles for $26. A month and a half later I realized I need the remaining colors so called back to order. I was told refills are $13 each therefore the 3 additional colors would cost me $39. Therefore both orders will have cost me $65. My issue started when during my conversation the woman asked me if I needed the entire set (3 colors and 2 blacks for $55) rather than just the 3 refills. I then realized that I was now spending $65 on something that should have cost me $55. I asked if they could just tack on the 3 additional colored refills to the 2 black I just recently purchased for a customer Savings of $10 and the company/management would not agree to it, said that it was too long between now and my last order. They could clearly see that I am a "new" customer and was unfamiliar with the options. I also told them I wished the customer service rep I spoke to when I last called would have explained this to me and the response was that their customers would get angry if customer service always questioned the customer. Very bad customer service in my book. Instead of doing the right thing they created an angry customer uncertain of using them again. read more

I have been ordering sugar paper, edible ink, and printed images from Icing Images for years now. Not only do I love their products, their customer service is beyond. If there was 0 Star option I would give them a big fat 0. This is the worst company to deal with. First of all, if you're in the market for an edible Sugar printer - DO NOT BUY IT FROM ICING IMAGES. Their products are not Brand New, their customer service is beyond HORRIBLE and Debbie is a professional liar. I had purchased a printer from them with some sugar paper supplies and paid about $1000 for it. The printer did not work since day one, It would not align right, it would not pick up the blue ink, and it would print half the image with all weird colors and NEVER with the blue ink. MY IT guy and I called them few days after receiving the printer asking them to help us resolve this issue. They were not able to and asked us to do a nozzle check. We did the nozzle check 100's of times, it would still not recognize the blue ink at all. After many unsuccessful tries to fix the manufacture defected printer I called them asking them to send me a replacement as it's not working. It took forever to get hold of them and finally to speak with someone. After going through a loop and speaking with a lady who claimed to be the owner and many back and forth phone discussions she finally agreed that she will send me a new printer, send me a pre- paid return label to send her the not properly working printer back to her. she never kept her verbal promise. I called them hundreds of time, but who cares. They NEVER pick up the phone nor return calls back. Tired from their 0 customer service I called my credit card to handle the situation and sent them the printer back. Now this shameless so called Debbie lady sent me an email that she's going to send me the same printer back and that nothing is wrong with their printer. Nothing is wrong? I'm attaching pictures here for you to be the judge. BEWARE, Do not buy ANYTHING from them. I want they say they have extremely poor customer service but the thing is they have NO customer service skills nor are they EVER available for West Coast (giving the benefit of doubt that they cater better to the East Coast) But regardless their products are terrible. The sugar sheets - DRY and expired. I have lost so much business because of them and I will not let it go like she assumes I would. I will be writing a long blog about Debbie, her mickey mouse business and service and will not accept anything but FULL refund as at this point I don't want to ever have to speak with her nor give them my business. She is extremely RUDE with BAD BAD BAD Products. If you need a edible sugar sheets or a printer DON'T BUY it from icing images. There are so many other options like DecoPac and amazon who back up their products and have awesome customer service. read more
