We solely communicated through email. Though 8Bit might be on the pricer side of the photobooth market, I think it was worth every penny! Our guests had a lot of good things to say, experiencing the photobooth from the translucent print and the culturally inclusive props such as boba, baos, rice cooker and more! I loved how we were able to personalize our photobooth experiences for our guests, especially creating our own design with our names to match the theme of our wedding. We did get a free upgrade to the Glam-Air photo booth, which was super nice of Michael to do! With the Glam-Air, it included an interactive digital mirror for guests to check themselves out before getting their photo taken that we wished our guests used! Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us.
