You just mark down what you want and give it to any of the workers. TIP: If it's your first time here, order a small amount for each type of food that you want. This is so that you can try everything out and check out the proportion sizes. if you want more, just order more. They do charge you extra if have leftovers! My friend and I ordered: beef, pork belly, shrimp, ribs, corn, mushroom, salmon sashimi, salad, salmon sashimi salad, gyoza, takoyaki, edamame, kimchi, and ox tongue. The ox tongue was yummy! It was thinly sliced and flavoured very well. The corn and mushroom were cooked with butter; yumm! The salmon sashimi just melted in my mouth! The workers there were very friendly and helpful. It seems like they lack English, so it was a little difficult to communicate with them.What I found was a little annoying was when they greeted customers. Powdered wake seaweed with fine sugar created a sweet and savoury juxtaposition which perfectly complimented the isolated caramel balls of joy. Oh wow.
