My weekly shopping store. Prices are cheaper than sainsburys and morrisons…read more Staff are ok, but not helpful when something is wrong Store is kept clean and products are well set out in a clean, easy to find manner Apart from it being cheap and reasonable value, the quality of the food for me isnt good enough. Yes it is good for some of the quality brands but Tesco's own brand for me is too cheap. For example the ham from Tesco's was 25p cheaper than Sainsburys. But the Sainsburys Ham was a lot lot better. Worth more than 25p better in my opinion. The self service tills do seem to be a bit of a pain and there always seems to be one plonker who is right in front of you who doesnt know how to use it. Can be an efficient way nevertheless. Tesco's is my weekly shopping store for branded goods, but i wouldnt use Tesco for its own branded stuff.

Good tesco store, not the biggest but has a wide range of foods and drinks from all cultures. It is…read morevery good value like most tesco's although due to its close proximity to the university of warwick many students work here who can be unhelpful and not particularly friendly. There is good parking and many other shops located with the cannon park shopping centre so it makes it well worth a visit if you live quite close by. However, for a more complete shopping experience i would adivse the Arena Park tesco which is the biggest in europe and sells almost everything in one store.

do not go here. bunch of scammers. told the guy to give me…read morefull chickens cut up in to medium pieces, saw the owner whispering to his butcher guy while looking towards me so I kept an eye on them pretending I'm on my phone, saw the guy taking a few pieces away from my cut chicken and putting them separately, told him off and he put it back into my bag. bought a box of 10kg chicken leg, weighed it when I got back and it was 9.3kg, I think they took a few pieces out from each box before we purchased it. fruit and vegetable's are gone bad with mould on it. bought a soft drink and it's out of date. wth is going on. the young kid at the counter who acts like he is the big bossman pretends to be nice and kind when I told him he overcharged me he said sorry at the end but I saw his whole demeanour change, from nice and kind became absolutely rude and disrespectfu. NEVER EVER GOING THERE AGAIN. AVOID THESE FAKESTERS. MEDINA SUPERSTORE, MAS BAZAR and even BANGLa STATION with its high prices is better than Paks supermarket lozells road, atleast in Bangl station you gonna get fresh produce at the weight it's supposed to be at even if they charge extra but at PaKsSupermarket Lozells not only they charge you but the hive you produce which is gone bad and even from there they will steal a few pieces out. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. BTW have you guys seen the TikTok videos by PaKs lozells road, all comments are turned off. we wonder why. must be a reason. what have you got to hide. you don't want the word getting around that you guys are leeching off the local community. you disgraceful people. Pak supermarket Alum rock and Cov Road is really good btw. recommend it to all.

The issue with the Tescos is that unless you come at the start of the day after they have completed…read morea fruitful stocking night the shelves will be half empty, it will be mind-bogglingly busy and there may be stuff everywhere. However as this place is so huge you'll probably still find what you are looking for. Since I've lived in Oxford I've come here about a dozen or so times. We tend to try and stick to mid evening as the crowds die down a bit and they are not quite into their horrible restocking mode. Generally you can find fresh products and a wide selection of near everything (do not come to this Tescos if you are looking for home goods/ electronics/ etc). The prices as it is Tescos are decent. The staff are generally friendly as long as you're not getting the end of shift crowd. PROS: Large selection Good quantity of stock Price CONS: Gets ultra busy Leftover stock can be of bad quality Other side of the ring road.

This is known fairly widely as 'Big Tesco', to distinguish it from the Tesco on Cowley Road, and it…read morecertainly lives up to the name. It's got a huge range of items, although no adult clothing (other than underwear) or much in the way of electronics/media/toys, unlike even bigger stores. For groceries, though, it's got a lot to offer. Fruit and veg are of good quality and usually well-stocked. The deli and fresh fish counters offer a lot of choice, and they even have a large 'Polish food' section. They have two 'car trolleys' which amuse small (and big) kids greatly, and make the shopping trip easier with children who are too big for the trolley seats but too small to walk all the way around without whining. Staff are friendly and helpful, and offers on food are good value.

The food in Sainsburys is much better than our over local shop Morrison's…read more Im actually 99% certain you will find the food you buy here top notch. And if you dont like the food you buy, because you are disapointed just tell sainsburys. They gave me a voucher last time i did and they were really nice about it. Saisburys pricing isnt as cheap as other places so if you dont like paying extra than this is not for you. Store is fairly old but staff are great most of the time and its always easy to find what you are looking for. Always has great offers on as well, and the pre-cooked meat from the counter seems to be quality on top of the quality that you already get. Tesco's and Morrisons are not as great for quality but if you dont mind paying a little extra its worth it. Also bakery has a large range of cakes which is always nice, but make sure you dont leave it to late in the day or there wont be any left. Can become really busy which is a pain but overall good store to shop in, food great but is more expensive than other supermarkets.

Sainsburys is a great supermarket. And this smaller store is no exception…read more They have a great range of fruit and veg available even having seasonal items too which is good for a small store. They also sell the usual stuff like every other supermarket. Uusally this store gets quite full, but you never seem to queue for too long which is good. Customer services are helpful in every aspect, which cant be said for some stores! They also have a cafe too, which is really nice and reasonably priced too. I have been here a number of times on my lunch. Its really nice.
