Not only is this gym as humble and anti-GloboGym as you can get, but it's a complete mixed bag of clientele - from the dirty hipsters who clearly come to the gym strictly for ironic purposes, to Bondi beefcakes of both sexes, to surfers, to yummy mummies, to Hugh Jackman. A few treadmills, a few cycles, a few ellipticals and enough strength training equipment that would all fit inside of one of the mega-gym's group exercise rooms. And this is exactly why I love it. Speaking of group exercise, they have a few classes a week of boxing, TRX and beach bootcamps. Monthly rates depending on your commitment range from $150 to $80ish.

The gym offers lots of classes also from yoga all the way to maternity classes. The staff in the gym are very friendly and facilities are kept clean. I usually go to the gym in the early morning and always find that I have enough options in terms of equipment. The gym can be busy late evening but still there is enough options for everyone I feel. The gym offers an outside area too which is great to go when you have worked up a sweat. The outside also has a world class view out over Sydney harbour which makes your sweating worth it.

Power Barre Attack is somewhat challenging, and definitely a great work out. From ballet moves to a few burpees, planks and squats it's really cardio as well as strengthening and lengthening.
