I tried the Aescape robotic massage there and the room felt like it was an extra space or they sacrificed a space for it as the outfits were kept in what was the original shower. Also, Pause Studio...while they offer a great service. It tends to be more expensive than its competitors in the space and while I appreciate how friendly their stuff is in general, the cost value analysis leads me to the conclusion that this might not be worth the money as other establishments, including Equinox offers the same services at a lower cost.

We ended up getting a great deal on the spa and Robin even threw in some extras when the spa was installed, which was so kind. They have an awesome installation team lead by Greg, who is also really easy to work with and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the initial install, when they pulled out our old tub. The wood deck below was rotten and the new tub could not be installed where we planned. Greg stayed cool and helped us figure out a solution that required pouring a new slab for the tub. They came back right away after the slab was done and set up the tub. Overall I think this is a great place to purchase a spa, especially if you are on the West side. We got a great deal on a top of the line spa, with 1st class service from this business.
