The walls were pretty thin, and we could hear our neighbors often and chatter from the alley and parking lot. The beds were comfy and the room was clean! The restaurant was honestly strange. It's a steakhouse but has a lot of pub seating and tables cannot be moved. Prices were reasonable but food is served in diner style baskets with paper (not a steakhouse vibe). Very quiet, solid construction. I could tell there were other guests, but could just barely hear them occasionally. HVAC worked well and quietly. Fast WiFi. Added touches gave the place a down-home feel. Also, a real rarity on the countless places I have stayed, the towels were exceptionally soft and comfortable. Not stiff and scratchy like most places, even those charging a lot more. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again in the area.
