I ordered a small vanilla soft serve cone, but the employee behind the counter started scooping regular ice cream into a cup. When I clarified that I wanted soft serve, she told me, "Yes, soft serve--we make it from scooped ice cream," which made no sense. They then charged me over $7 for what was clearly not soft serve. After my card was already processed, I told them I didn't want it. At that point, the owner, Alan, became extremely aggressive--raising his voice and even putting his hands on me. I left immediately and will never return. It's disappointing, as I try to support local businesses, but experiences like this make that difficult. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. On this visit, I had a hot fudge sundae with their garbage can ice cream, which is vanilla ice cream loaded with ground peanuts and chunks of different candy bars. It was so good.
