In one sense there is nothing special about it except it has a huge seating area and enough ice cream to house a family of Penguins. Assuming penguins would want to live in ice cream. Or maybe that's just me. Anyway, in another sense, it's a great spot to jet out too, close enough to Truro that you could go there often, but far enough away that you feel like you're sneaking off for a summer treat.
