One lady was laughing in my dad's face when he was frustrated with their service, that's why he sends me but I'm over it. They don't answer their phones. It's just frustrating for me because I go to a different pharmacy for my medication and get such amazing treatment and we're on a first name basis. Unfortunately Mason RX has my dad's meds the cheapest and we have to suffer because of it.

This review is for their passport photo services…read more A little story: We needed a passport photo for my 1 year old. We thought the hardest part would be getting her to be still, not actually finding a place to do it. Even though The post office says on their website that they do passport photos, the leave out that there is an age cap on those photos. They pointed us across the street to a pharmacy in north riverdale who had a passport photo set up. Unfortunately, they couldn't lower the white screen and clearly didn't know much about babies as they kept suggested we prop our daughter up on our hand. She is too wobbly and heavy for such a feat. He attempted laying her on the ground, looking up, which unsurprisingly didn't work. Defeated, my husband and I headed home but the "passport photo" sign on Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy caught our eye. So I dropped my hubby off and walked over with my daughter. There was no sense at all that we were inconveniencing the staff their by asking to do an infant photo shoot. They were flexible, patient, And super creative to get what we needed. Inside is also so nice and clean and inviting. I highly recommend that if you need a passport photo for a we one (or anyone else) that you come here!!

Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy…read more When you pick up medication in person, the staff is courteous and professional. That part deserves acknowledgment. However, my experience with their delivery service has been consistently problematic, and at this point, unacceptable. I will not mention names, but the delivery drivers they outsource to are unreliable, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I've experienced repeated delivery issues, including false claims that my address was incorrect, despite the fact that they have delivered to this same address before, albeit with ongoing problems. What makes this worse is the timing. There is an incoming snowstorm, and instead of clear communication or accountability, I'm receiving inaccurate information and excuses. Medication is not optional. This is not a package from an online retailer. This is someone's health. I am now seriously considering transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Riverdale Specialty Pharmacy should reevaluate the third-party delivery partners they choose to work with. Thank your delivery partner for losing patient trust and potentially compromising access to essential medication. Courtesy at the counter does not make up for a delivery failure. Reliability matters. Accountability matters. And right now, those standards are not being met. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate - they have no regard for the elderly and the disabled.

Since Rent the Runway makes it easy with a pre-paid return label, the drop-off here was super fast and easy. Important Note For ALL Returns: This is a literal drop-off and go location, not a full-service UPS Store. Your package needs to be completely packed and sealed The return label must already attached. Highly Recommend: Take a photo of your return label/tracking number for your own records! The staff informed me they can't print a separate receipt, but they do scan the package into the system. Taking your own picture ensures you can track your return easily. The manager was prompt, efficient and super kind! I highly recommend using this location if it's closer to you than the busier 231st and Broadway UPS Store. The store has everything you might need, just like a typical drug store! Feel free to drop off your package and then browse the aisles for any items on your shopping list--you might discover some useful things you can find at your local pharmacy store!

Leroy Pharmacy only transferred 2 refills the other 4 refills were deleted from the system or I don't know what they this pharmacy didn't with the remaining refills Now this is only the beginning; Comes August and the orthopedic doctor sent a prescription for pain medication to this pharmacy the first time I called they said that they didn't get the prescription. I called the doctor to send it again I did this 3 times until I realized that they were RETALIATING AGAINST ME FOR TRANSFERRING THE ESTROGEN MEDICATION TO ANOTHER PHARMACY THAT THEY COULD NOT DELIVER TO ME BACK IN MAY WHEN I REALIZED THAT AND I ASKED THEM ON THE PHONE WAS WAS GOING ON THE PERSON IN CHARGE SAID "TELL YOUR DOCTOR NOT TO SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE ANYMORE" This should not be allowed to happen in this country
