The male doctor was very friendly kind and got me in and out and medicine on the way to the pharmacy. If you're an out of pocket patient this is an affordable place. I've gone to other urgent cares and paid close to 200 for visits like today. This was very affordable and reasonable. Will be coming back for any of mine or family needs!

I have been going back and forth for weeks to try and get medication for Type 2 diabetes. The insurance company and pharmacy tell me that Optimum Primary Care are not submitting the proper documentation. I try to call, my wife tries to call, and my insurance company tries to call and explain the situation and what is needed, just to be hung up on by this Ashley girl therefore nothing gets done. Weeks without the medication that I need weekly and I can really feel the affects of not having it. The insurance company even says I need to find a place that cares and actually knows what they are doing. What happened to medical staff that actually cared about the welfare of the patients they were treating. Where are the medical facilities that actually take pride in what they do? I would love to find one, because Optimum Primary Care isn't it.

After this location's name change and reclassification as an "AllSet" urgent care, my family will…read morenot be returning. First, the way they are charging for their services and submitting insurance claims has changed. This has resulted in the cost being a flat rate that is nearly 3 times the cost of a typical visit. No matter what they do, whether tests, shots, etc they just use one charge code now. Where a visit without tests and shots used to cost 125 for me, it's now 357. Same level of care, inflated price. In addition, their claim submission uses the UrgentCare as the provider now. The NP we saw, Benda, is in-network for my insurance, but this urgent care facility is not. So my visit was classified as "out-of-network". Lastly, we were not informed of the changes to the cost, and weren't informed that the changes caused us to be out of network for our insurance. We went 3 times before we got the first bill and started asking questions. For all these reasons, we will find a different location for urgent care services.
