Today I went in the store to support this business and I witnessed the store owner treating an another customer very poorly before kicking them and their children out for no reason.( I personally think it was because they were black) You should have seen the looks on the children faces when they realize they were being discriminated against. It's safe to say I left without giving them my money and business. I wouldn't waste my money or time on this over priced establishment. I went in to this store for the last time today! I had my bicycle basket with me. The Asian Owner says, "oh you can leave your basket here at the front", pointing to a spot on the floor. I must have missed their sign stating to leave any bags at the front. I asked the girl at the front do you have (insert product here). They didn't. I said "alright". Then, picked up my basket and left. I didn't bother asking them if they could suggest another product. I got the "oh you might steal something" vibe from the AO. My 58 y.o. self wanted to go back in and give him a brief lesson about the people known historically, within the last few centuries, for invading people's countries and stealing their stuff, but I decided to write a review instead. I bought some malayasian virgin hair and closure. I spent over 280 at this store just on the bundles, not including the dye and equipment to mix the dye. When I got to dying the hair I realized it isn't virgin, which pissed me off due to the fact I spent the money for a certain quality and length of hair. The color is jet black, no color is coming from it and I even tried to bleach the hair. Nothing. I would not record this store at all. The customer is fucked up and the bitches who work there are weird and always on some hating shit every time you come to give them your business. Im passed off mostly about the hair because I wa expecting to get my hair done and now I can't return it and I have to settle for some bullshit. Yes, they follow you around the store. If they are working on a project, they will stop everything to watch you camera. It is annoying AF, yes it is. I have said things to the employees before and they said the owner makes them watch everyone. They sale a brand of hair that I use, so I go in every once in awhile. I would have diffently given this business a 5 star rating if it wasn't for their "All Sale's Are Final" return policy. I'm a firm believer if you can take my hard earn money please be able to offer some sort of reasonable refund or exchange policy on styling products. The rating is only for the customer service and products that are offered. I was very pleased with the customer service which I received from entering the store to making my final purchases. The floor clerk and check out clerk were very pleasant and knowledgeable which made my shopping experience a very pleasant one. Do not go there and buy any wigs!! If you asked them if you can buy the wigs on the display head since the wigs in the box does not look like the actual wig on display, they catch an attitude when you questioned them about their wigs or even to ask to speak with the store manager, they give you the run around. Especially the heavyset Hispanic lady with the black hair that works behind the counter, horrible bad attitude with poor customer service skills. I have been a loyal customer here ever since they have opened, spent a lot of money there and when you walk in there to make a purchase they either treat people of color like they out to rob the place or you not going to make a purchase. Heads up everybody! This has been my favorite place since they opened. I live across the street. However, returning items is an issue. I have had two problems now. First, I purchased hair glue and when I opened it, I discovered that it was old and congealed. I went back 20 minutes later to return but Mr. Kim would not refund because it was opened. Well how could I know it was bad unless I opened it. I let that go. Yesterday, Sept. 10, 2018, I purchased Royal Honey Vitamin E Capsules. It felt funny when I put it on my face. I looked at the bottle only to discover that it EXPIRED DECEMBER 31, 2016. When I called the store all they could tell me was to come in when Mr. Kim is there but they do not know when he is coming in. Selling expired products should be of great concern to any owner and a refund should be immediately given. I will not shop there again. read more

As a Mexican girl who loves hair the lady didn't look at me crazy like other shops . Got myself some hair and on top of that NYX products are are available and found a few colors that are sold out at Ulta because of course people don't know there's NYX there. I came in with my mother to find a curl moisturizer to tame my curls and also some nylon weaving thread. He store owners followed us around the store the entire time like criminals. Went there today and bought a dried up eyeliner. The owner asked me to drive back there 2 times besides the 1st time i was already there to make my purchase. Anyway both times i called before going there and the owner said COME BACK ILL EXCHANGE FOR YO ( he was asian) and by his side was a old lady that kept telling him not to exchange it for me after they took my money and never gave me the proper functional product! So they took my time my drives(gas money) my money and basically humiliated me all because im a Latin woman that they thought they could take advantage of in which they did but little do they know im also a business owner and would never treat my clients in that way and i also worked for the better business burrel NEVER GO THERE, THEY ARE VERY RACIST AND DID NOT FOLLOW THERE OWN RETURN POLICY AND THATS WERE THEY MESSED UP.
