I wish the staff would enforce the "Wipe Down Your Machine When You're Done" Rule a lot more. It shocks me the number of people I see that do not wipe down their machine when they're done especially that one older couple that walk around like they own the place and she follows him around like a little lost puppy. They never wipe down their machines. I guess they feel they're too good for that. We are in South Dartmouth after all and I'm willing to bet they must be from here with that mentality. Perhaps instead of leaving their maid at home, they should bring her along with them so she can wipe down their machines when they're done. Don't be an ignorant POS. Wipe down your damn machines!

My favorite gym ever. They have on demand classes. It's like Netflix for workout videos. You get to…read morego into this great workout room, pick a video, and take any class you would like by yourself or with a friend. Love it! Plus, the lighting is amazing! The treadmills look out over the sunset if you get there at the right time :) It is always clean, bright and airy in there. The bathrooms are fabulous. Over Christmas time, they would have these secret elves bring bottled water to you while you were working out! It was pretty magical :) I would think to myself, I am thirsty right now, and I looked over at my cup holder and someone had given me bottled water (this happened a bunch of times :) It's just a happy place to be :)

The Owner's Kayla and Gigi are warm, friendly and make you feel comfortable from the start. The classes are challenging and do what they say they will. In just a few classes I felt increased energy, strength, endurance and a toned strong body (also received compliments )The instructors are the best and work to help you get in proper form and provide modifications as needed. No matter what your age ( I am one of the older gals) You can do it! and modifications help. Every body welcome! The studio is modern, clean and inviting with a beautiful relaxation stretch area and retail area. The new yoga area is beautiful and relaxing. I also enjoy the Saturday Vinyasa classes taught by Jessica it helps me keep up with my yoga and provides that extra stretch. The Buti yoga and HIIT Classes are enjoyable and challenging and provides more of a cardio workout. I highly recommend The Barre, you'll get hooked!
