While the work was okay, the style I requested never quite matched what I was looking for. Their demeanor often seemed uninterested, especially during morning appointments. On one occasion, they arrived late without acknowledging it or apologizing, which felt unprofessional. When I booked with a different lash artist, I saw this technician in the salon and felt uncomfortable when they stared at me without any greeting or acknowledgment. I think there could be more emphasis on professionalism, courtesy, and customer service. If she doesn't like early appointments and if it's inconvenient, it may be better to change your availability rather than make clients feel unwelcome for booking open time slots.

So my first appointment i asked for eyelashes to be removed and i wanted a new set... im new to this and don't know what you can or cant do.. (Like wait 24 hrs to get a new set) 1. I tried 3 different lash specialist and within 12 hours my eyes would be puffy and red. I have a personality that never give up so I gave it another try. I talked to the specialist "Thi" about my issues and she informed me of a sensitive glue she would use. We decided to go lighter on the lashes just in case. It finally worked. My eyes and eyelashes look great and feel fine. I really think it's the glue that makes a difference. I recommend bellerose salon for lashes. I can't speak on behalf of all girls with sensitive eye, but I do recommend this salon for lashes. I was also informed by "Thi" on eyebrow micro-blading so I will be trying that next!!!
