They don't keep envelopes but just because they have the greeting cards, she gave one of those extra envelopes she had. We ended up buying a greeting card and a bouquet as well. It was mostly greens, and not at all what the picture I choose looked like.. I was so embarrassed by it's tiny size and appearance that I took the card off the arrangement. When I contacted the site I ordered it from, they refunded the equivalent to the delivery fee. The email is received stated they contacted Rich Mar and the amount refunded was the resolution Rich Mar was satisfied with. So disappointed!
