Both times I gave them no notice at all, just walked in and explained I wanted to pull off an impromptu surprise. The first time, they put together a beautiful bouquet for about $20 that absolutely lit up my wife's day. Today, I decided to double the budget to $40, and the arrangement they handed me was beyond impressive--so much so that my wife had tears welling in her eyes when she saw it. I staged the reveal by sending her out to my car to "grab my phone that slid between the seats," and when she came back in with the bouquet, the reaction was priceless. I honestly can't wait to buy her flowers again. What really stands out here is how accommodating and kind the staff are, plus the value you get for the money. They make it feel easy, even when I show up last minute. I regret not leaving a review the first time, so I'm making sure to do it now. Highly recommend Dickerson's Flower Shop. Thank you for helping me pull off these surprises--I'll definitely be back again.

I rarely write reviews, but this florist absolutely earned it…read more I live out of state and needed to send flowers to a friend in Denville for her birthday. One thing that was important to me was ordering from a true local florist rather than one of the large online flower brokers. After some searching, I found this shop and placed my order online. The problem was that I placed the order well after the cutoff time for same-day delivery. Shortly after ordering, Todd called me personally to explain that their driver was already out making deliveries and that it was unlikely the flowers would arrive that day. I told him I understood and mentioned that it was for my friend's birthday. That's when Todd said something I don't hear very often anymore: "You know what? I'll make sure your friend's flowers are delivered today no matter what." And he did. In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, this level of care and commitment is incredibly rare. Todd went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her birthday flowers on time. To top it off, my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful. She was genuinely impressed, and so was I. Outstanding customer service, gorgeous flowers, and people who truly care about their customers. I will never use another florist in the Denville area, and I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a florist they can trust. Thank you, Todd, for making my friend's birthday extra special!

I shared the color palette I wanted, and they created something even better than I imagined. The bouquet was stunning, elegant, and looked like it should have cost two or three times more than what I paid. We had a birthday dinner for her, and I used the bouquet as the centerpiece for the table. It instantly elevated the whole setting, and everyone admired it throughout the day and evening. It truly made the celebration feel extra special. Beyond the flowers themselves, the staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. Their shop is also beautifully decorated and spotless, which made the whole experience even better. I've been to many flower shops over the years and have both received and given countless arrangements, and I can honestly say this is my favorite of them all. I highly recommend this flower shop!

We simply cannot recommend Fleurs Divine as the florist for your wedding enough. Every part of the…read moreprocess was made easy and fun by Monika and the entire Fleurs Divine team. From our first consultation to the delivery and set-up day-of, we felt safe in the capable and experienced hands of this company. We wanted a ceremony that was heavy on the greenery and were slightly nervous to bring this point up to a company that literally has the word "flowers" in its name, but not only did they help us capture our vision, they provided guidance and expertise that really brought our venue to life and made our ceremony and reception as beautiful as possible. They were also super flexible the week of the event, responding some some last-minute changes and requests with patience and grace and still making sure that everything fell within our modest flower budget. Thank you, Fleurs Divine!

Her pricing is very fair. Also, my daughter lives out of state so, as the mother of the bride living in NJ, I had the most contact with Monika. However, Monika made it a point to make certain that my daughter had exactly what she wanted, even allowing me to FaceTime her during one of our meetings. I can't say enough good things about how wonderfully we were treated and all of the flowers were absolutely phenomenal, adding a special touch to an amazing day! As a side note, my daughter-in-law also chose Fleurs Divine when she and my son married on 10/08/21. The flowers were spectacular then too. Please don't hesitate to use Fleurs Divine for your event! We were visiting my friend's husband's final resting place when I decided that I wanted to bring something for John. We went to the Flower Box where I received excellent service and great suggestions! We chose green carnations for Saint Patrick's Day. I was impressed that the ends of the stems had water tubes on them! Thanks for the simple white ribbon and baby's breath that made the bouquet more presentable. The flowers brought tears to my friend's eyes... she was so happy! Note: I also happened to have a box of cereal in my bag. I placed it on John's grave, next to the green carnations and told him that the Frosted Flakes were from his son's wedding!

Maria was accommodating and said if I gave her a few days she could make this large $150 design into a smaller $100 version. She only needed to sub out the purple tulips which were out of season. Everything else she would be getting within the next few days. In the image I loved the soft shades of green and pale cool pinks and lilacs contrasted with the dark shiny foliage and dark plum accent. What was recieved is nice but not the color pallet I was promising. It is bright coral, pink, magenta with bright lime hydrangea and ferns. Maria's reply is attached to the stock image of purple haze roses that she says are what was sent. She feels "what she sent is similar." When I asked about the pale green hydrangea and dark leaves being subbed for ferns she said "l never discussed leaves." No apologies. Maria was juggling my 3 separate calls to her with others customers. My $100 arrangement wasn't a priority. If she had called to say the flower colors couldn't be replicated l would have been able to make another choice from what she did have. Better to go into her store when ordering. When we picked it up, we politely asked if they could add more filler to make it look fuller and even said we'd PAY extra for it. Instead, the two rude women working there acted like we insulted their life's work. One of them actually took the bouquet apart in front of us, barely moved anything around, then tied it back even tighter so it looked smaller than before. Their attitudes were absolutely disgusting -- they acted like they worked at Chanel instead of a mediocre flower shop selling grocery-store quality roses. And somehow they had the audacity to charge $83 for a dozen roses that looked worse than the bouquets you can buy at ShopRite for half the price. Honestly, ShopRite flowers look more professional and cared for than this mess. I ended up having to completely redo the bouquet myself at home and go buy extra filler because they clearly couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum for such an important occasion. The photos speak for themselves -- it's painfully obvious which bouquet came from this place. -1000 stars for both quality and customer service. Rude, lazy, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. Save your money and make your own bouquet because these people clearly do not care about their customers or their work.

When I walked into the church, the first thing I said was how sparce the arrangment looked. She had the arrangement quite a bit higher than the urn, but did not fill in with flowers. She used white roses, which had a green tint. According to her that was because of the species of the rose. Four days later, three of the roses rotted at their base and fell of the stems. The blue delphinium had some blooms, but alot of stringy areas with buds, but no blooms. The arrangement did not look at all like the picture.
