Placed an order almost 1-month ago. Told it would ship out the following week... the confirmation email said in 14-days or less. Nothing. Last week, I waited on the phone for an extended period of time to be assured that my order was in process and would definitely be delivered in time for the start of school. It is now the following week. I've been on the phone twice today for hours. I've been told that they don't even have the items in-stock to make my order. The agent I spoke to sent me a text and said he would get back to me in 1.5 hours. Never heard back from him and follow-up messages were ignored. Am now back on hold (number 22 in line), and have been waiting for over 42-minutes already. I want to get this order canceled and my (hefty) bill refunded, but am unfortunately left scrambling because school starts next week. Unacceptable and would absolutely not recommend. read more

Wow, wow wow first of all you can barely get to the place cause you don't know even how to get into this mall that's condemned and then it's upstairs and the mall has no air-conditioning and smells. They were better off going into a strip mall or a warehouse you get there it's so unorganized nobody knows what they're doing. They can't check you out. They sent you to another counter to pay with a credit card even though you can pay them with a credit card, but then they sent you to another register, but they're helping somebody with decals at that register and then the line accumulates and there's only one person there and they're actually helping somebody I asked for help super unorganized. I'm really not sure why our school is switch to this company from a different company that we were at for a few years, I said just ordering online. read more

I have to write a review about the North Miami location on the Hialeah location because I already wrote a review last year. Also, I visited both stores. Joshua Gomez, the store manager of Ibiliey of North Miami, was friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. Most other employees are kids just there for a check and need help understanding something about efficiency or professionalism. However, I was lucky to have Gomez. Gomez also called Hialeah to put some shirts I needed to the side. I picked them up to take them back to North Miami Beach for embroidery. Julio was also friendly, professional, and efficient as well. The Hialeah store is way smaller than the North Miami Beach location, and there was a line in the hot sun, but that happens when parents procrastinate. Most of the bad reviews are from parents wanting a miracle last minute. The best thing to do is place orders in advance, come with your children so that they can try things on, and come on a day off of work (weekday) or early in the morning to prevent long wait times. If you need embroidery (different from the patch), you must place orders at least one month before the school rush. There is no embroidery option online, so if you order early, you must still bring the shirts/jackets to the North Miami Beach location. read more

Very disappointed in this location and the company itself very unorganized and unprofessional. If they know they are working with schools to sell their uniforms they should be more prepared for the work, but they are not. Out of 3 colors my daughters school requieres they only have one color in stock and it's not only because they been sold out for a week, no the employees even said it's been sold out or not even restocked in weeks even months meaning the company can careless in providing options for us the customers. Another thing this location is literally disgusting and so outdated , and have lots of leaks and open ducks leaking from ceilings I will be contacting code enforcement because of this. I can only imagine if a child falls or hurts themselves inside this location. The store is in a mall which looks very run down and dirty, basically is in a bad neighborhood drove 40 mins to the bad side of town to be only told they are out of stock of most items. Will be contacting the school in regards to this because they should choose better options for us to buy from because this company and store are definitely not worth the time nor money. read more

The most incompetent people ever! I wish I didn't have to purchase there. You wait in line for a long time to get to someone to tell you they don't know what school uniform you are requesting. As if that is a justifiable answer for you to leave. Ask someone who does know. When they do ask - the next person says You need to speak to someone who has access to get those for you. 3rd person - wait to call someone. 4th person - what size do you want? And tells the 2nd person they are right behind you. - which they were. 1 hour later I walked out with only half the uniform because they couldn't locate a skirt for the school. You can order online and you should get it in a week. 3 weeks later still haven't received it and no one answers the phone number provided online. read more

This company is honestly horrible, I called on the phone after an hour or more of being on hold I finally get a hold of someone & they advised they supposedly had stock of my daughters size & color in HOMESTEAD. From Miami lakes We drove to homestead because I thought I was going to find what I was looking for. I get there WAIT LIKE TWO HOURS IN LINE for these girls to look at me like I'm crazy when I say my daughters school name. Wasted an hour drive for nothing. They have one phone number for all locations and it takes HOURS to get a hold of someone. What type of company are these people running??? This honestly such bad service all around. Zero stars if I could. I spent 5 hours in a line in this location, where I was supposed to receive my staff uniform that I ordered 10 days ago. When it was finally my turn they could not find my order and said most likely it was ready but in a different location. The staff is clueless, including the manager of the store. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Avoid this store at all cost. First of all the prices are ridiculous, the quality is atrocious .. expect immediate deterioration of clothing after first wash. And the service here is some of the worst I've ever experienced. I've been coming here for years and I dread it every time. This year I decided to boycott getting my uniforms at lands End .. With the 40% discount mind you. I've had good luck with children's Palace and The Gap .. But the great thing about Lands End is they will let you upload your logo from your school if they don't already have it. Also everything is returnable and they back every product with a 100% guarantee. Save yourself a lot of money trouble and aggravation and stay away from this corporate rip off artist of a store! read more

The organization as a whole left a bad taste in my mouth this year. I've been getting my son's uniforms here since 2013. I've always gone to the NMB location, which is always crazy busy, but they get the job done. This year I wasn't able to place order online with patches like in the past, I went into the store not a huge selection to choose from so I place an order online for store pick up so the patches could be put on at the store. The store manager Joshua had to call over to Hialeah location to have patches sent to NMB location although I purchased patches the previous year with no problem, patches were sent by Hialeah manager with no problem. My order however was supposed to be sent to NMB store, sent to my home instead, not a problem. Placed a second order for in store pick up at Hialeah store, order sent to NMB instead after receiving text saying my order was ready at Hialeah location. After standing in 100 plus degree weather outside waiting in a long line, only to find out the order was at the NMB store. The Hialeah store manager was very helpful helping locate my order, Joshua the NMB manager lead me and Hialeah store manager to believe my order would be ready with patches upon my arrival. When I arrived at NMB location Joshua was out to lunch for over an hour my order was still sitting in the bin of arrivals another young man name Marvin (I believe) was very helpful locating my order and patches. So glad I don't have to return next year, I had to leave work 2 hours early and waste gas driving cross town only to have to wait in line again. NOT COOL read more

An abysmal experience. There isn't enough space here to detail the awful customer service at this place. There are options to school uniforms in the area. Don't even consider this one. While standing near the counter, I overhear the sales staff openly bickering to each other while a supervisor/manager type yells across the store at another staff person. Me being the only one who is willing to speak up, I turn around to the 20+ people standing there and make a comment about the poor customer service. That was the seal-breaker. I placed an order on Sep 4th. The estimated delivered was Sep. 20th; on Oct 2nd I was contacted to be informed that one of my items was unavailable. I had to make a change on my order and when it was finally delivered, I realized that the company had changed its supplier. The sizes now run much bigger than the ones that I had before. What type of customer service does this company have? I was born and raised in Miami, FL and if I thought that this company was so rude, disrespectful, and not 1 person is on the same page with knowledge of the company I would have NEVER contacted them. I ALWAYS purchased uniforms for my girls while living there. Now I live in Atlanta, GA and thought of the company for school uniforms. I called and requested 3 catalogs to be mailed. Mind you the catalogs are for people who are not computer literate. The gentleman who answered the phone said it wouldn't beat problem just go online and request them. I did so and then got a response email that they don't have catalogs to mail out. I'm furious because I did all of that for nothing. I really wish that there were better CSR training and that the employees of the company take some classes on how to respond to customers. read more

The most horrible experience ever!! I thought they will care about customer service, neither their customer service's representative care about customers. I ordered online the school uniform of my son in August, before school started, the order took 7 to 10 business days to arrive. Finally the order arrived all wrong, the school logo was from a different school logo!!!! I called to see what happened with my order, and how can be corrected, after a back and forward discussion with the person by the phone about the shipping fees and the fact that I made the order online because I do not want to go in person to deal with the store, (after I read several bad reviews) I thought I could be able to avoid the mistreated of these people, I was TOTALLY WRONG!!! they DO NOT CARE, I had to called them in several occasion and place several complains about my order, and every time I called they told me they will review my claim and call me back, which never happened. One day a customer service representative (Shaneen) called me to see how was my online experience... Well I told her that was more than bad and made a complain with her AGAIN and she told me that she will take care of it, she will send me the correct t-shirts and a shipping label to send the bad ones back, and again, it never happened, I called today and a customer service representative answered me to tell me that all my complains were written in the system in Spanish and she does not speak Spanish, then I ask her to talk with someone else who can read in Spanish, she told me that she was the only one in the store!!!!!! really???? where is Josefina?, she is not working today, where is Yoslandy?, the shipping manager? she is not working today either, and when I asked her name, Guest what? it was Shaneen! but she told me that she never talked to me before!!!! she doesn't never heard about my complain before and she can not help because she is not in charge of shipping!!!! Isn't she a customer service representative???, I had her name written in my invoice with notes since the day I talked with her, maybe I was dreaming that someone in that business will help me....and once again she add my complain in their system, this time in English :(. I wrote this review to let people know the horrible service they provide, but also to let Miami Dade Schools know that they must do something, they allowing this type of business to mistreat customers because they give them the exclusive to sell public school's uniforms in Miami, there is not choice, they must do something, because after I read so many bad reviews apparently the store owner doesn't care either.
