We don't do a ton of banking with them, but with what we do it has been good. This location is one of my favorites because it is a drive thru haha. When it is too cold or too hot or I just don't feel like getting out of my car, it is great. The customer service has always been friendly and efficient here. I've gone before when there is a line, but is always moves relatively fast. There are multiple lanes, but one of them is an ATM only.

Had to drive down the street to the Walton location and a manager (Nicole) helped me open an account and brought my paperwork and signature card to my place of work. It is very long story Arkansas bank known as Arvest close both of accounts after allowing my…read morechecking account to go in the hole when I had my checking account on no overdraft so basically they paid them anyway use that for an excuse to close out my acc and then they send me a check certified mail days now finally made it to Michigan. I live in Huntsville Arkansas same town. The bank is in. They had my phone could've called me. Come down to discuss while we're .... No word no signal. Now my electric is overdue. Now my water is overdue. All my bills are overdue. I do not have any money to get back and and there's no telling when I'm going to get this check if I get this check because now my mailbox is over a quarter mile away from my house. I have had so many problems with people tearing up my mailbox getting mail out the mailbox and only get mail on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays cause that's the only time roll through. I have sat down there and watched. think Arvest put me in this situation the whole time I've had my never been in the red until they decide to go ahead and pay something that comes through that they shouldn't And I pay the cost for it by making me go in the hole

We even came to the table with over $100,000 in collateral. We thought for sure there would be no issue in getting approved and starting the process. To our dismay there was an issue regarding a small debt on record and our financing was denied. We immediately paid the debt off and requested financing services for a 2nd time. We got no response and were ignored. Thankfully Simmons Bank approved our request with no issues for financing and our new home construction began shortly after. I'm heavily disappointed in my own bank. Our experience with Arvest has clearly shown their incompetent risk assessment. Our finances, credit scores, and collateral were well within the threshold of being Very Low Risk to Arvest. Our loan denial from Arvest came as a shock and even more so when the only discrepancy on our behalf was resolved and we were still denied and ignored. Since this took place we have patroned other financing institutions for vehicle loans and other financing needs and will continue to do so.

They are not a bank to be trusted they close my account after a year of being with them or several years and then made it extremely inconvenient for me to open a new account and deal with my disability check. I have been medically disabled since 2009 and I would only ask for support and non-discrimination when dealing with a person of disability, but that's too much to ask for at this bank.
