Upon notifying the front desk, maintenance resolved the issue promptly. The air conditioning system functioned effectively. Regarding the shower, it is important to note that there was no hot water available, only lukewarm water. All staff members were exceedingly friendly and helpful, including those handling room service. This resort is considered expensive, and while they appear to be making an effort to provide adequate entertainment, the slow service experienced at three of the restaurants, along with the lack of hot water for bathing, was somewhat disappointing. There is a need for improvement in time management; however, the staff were exceptionally kind, and the food was satisfactory.
