They did not even have the courtesy to call in advance and tell me it was broken! They offered to order another piece for me to paint free of charge but for what?? Why would I want to spend another 2 hours by myself painting another piece again? It was a small figurine and it was very tedious work! I asked if I could take the pieces home anyway just for the memory and I could try to glue it, and the lady told me I couldn't! I asked her why if they were just going to throw it in the trash anyway, and she told me it was their policy! Are you kidding me?? How does that even make sense? She refunded my money for the piece, but when I got home, I realized I was not refunded the tax that I originally paid either! I deserve an explanation from the manager as to why no one bothered to call me to let me know my piece was broken, as well as not being refunded the tax, and not being able to take the broken piece home when they were just going to trash it anyway.

The girl who was working there was very friendly and helpful and was patient even when I needed more time and that too after they were closed already. When I went there I expected it to be like paint night where they give you the design and show you how to make it but here you get to be creative and do whatever comes to your mind. The kiln doesn't work. Apparently hasn't for quite some time and no idea when it might work again. So you have to take your item to the local library to be fired. We were not told this upon arrival. So if you're not in a hurry ( said it could maybe be summer) to get your item and if you're not picky what you paint it's a great place to go.
