After calling a third time a woman answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. Even after I explained to her that we had been waiting for 45mins with 2 young children by the door with coats on, she persisted to be rude towards me and hung up the phone!! we ended up waiting a total of 45mins for absolutely nothing!! But some was still missing so I told him it's fine . then he swung out into the middle of the road and told me to get out there, in the lashing rain across from my drop off point. didnt get his name, I know his car number so when I ring again I'll be asking them to ensure it won't be him. This is the second time I've gotten him I had him yesterday too to bring me to the same place and he swung out into the middle of traffic other drivers were beeping at him and he beeped back and called them names. I felt unsafe. Again, raining, I had no jacket, parked across the road in the middle of traffic and I had to get out.
