My husband had a last minute tooth emergency which had him in agonizing pain. I was made phone calls to a dozen local dentists and was desperate for anyone that could help. Scheduled me in June of 2025 at the office in crofton (Glen Burnie was closed for remodeling) went to crofton they got what they told me was an eval/tx plan. Schedule to come back to Glen Burnie for followup they wouldn't see me, tried to schedule me for a whole other eval/ (that my insurance wouldn't cover) so i set up to get some work done anyway they keep telling me they need to do a bunch unnecessary work at 800-4k. Gave me a bunch a hassle about my tx plan. Turns out my dental insurance had no maximum and they were just trying to bill myself and insurance for all they can. The office is unprofessional, and they overall have went downhill immensely for whats best for the patient and more about billing your insurance and getting money.
