Iam Light Energy Reiki was founded in Oshawa, Ontario, by Terri in response to a growing need for gentle, holistic care in a high-stress world. Her journey began in 2018 with a curious nudge toward Reiki, which later became a lifeline during one of life’s most difficult seasons. What started as personal healing evolved into a calling. Today, the practice supports individuals of all ages—including caregivers, professionals, and those navigating end-of-life transitions—with tools that foster lasting inner peace.

Meet the Business Owner: Terri W.

Terri is a Reiki Master Teacher with the Canadian Reiki Association and a Reiki Master with the International Association of Reiki Professionals. She’s also a trained Death Doula through Douglas College and brings a deeply compassionate approach to every session. As a single mom, intuitive coach, and lifelong learner, she understands firsthand how anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to "hold it all together" can weigh heavily. Through Reiki and spiritual care, she’s found—and now offers—a path back to balance, self-kindness, and grounded strength.
