Download the relevant visa application forms from the internet and print them out. We did try to fill them in electronically but the information was printing out in the wrong place. Some of the questions are phrased slightly oddly but there's no real problem. You will need a passport sized picture. You can post your application in by post and the website promises a computer tracking facility for your passport should you choose this method. For the normal drop off service, you can either return to collect the passports by hand or ask for them to be posted back. There is an express service which speeds things up and costs more money naturally. You then make an appointment online for a time slot to drop off the documents. The whole process was painless as we got our passports back with visas very efficiently
