To be honest there really wasn't much to be done but we had a lot of questions because we didn't know what to do. They were both very patient with us and made it a smooth process. The gentleman behind the counter that went to retrieve the vehicles was really friendly as well. Plus the location itself is a very clean and bright. They also sell vehicles on consignment so if you're looking for something then you might want to check this place out.

They're getting stuff for pennies on the dollar and it's basically all profit for Musick, not unlike for profit "thrift stores." Musick apparently doesn't do any due diligence to try to get sellers the best prices they can and apparently set no reserve prices or anything and they have no incentive to do so! If stuff doesn't sell or if it does, they still get half and they keep the rest and sell it otherwise! They do not return your stuff that doesn't sell or that they let go for pennies on the dollar. And there's not good customer communication with sellers or this wouldn't be such a big shock!!!

They are incredibly inconsistent and cherry-pick what they want to take, changing their standards from one day to the next with no clear explanation and being rude at the same time. Worse than their poor communication is their total lack of accountability. They actually lost items that I entrusted to them for sale. I also saw some of my items lumped into another persons auction. Getting in touch with them does no good. Do yourself a favor and take your valuables to a reputable auction house instead. There are several in the area that do a much better job, won't cherry pick, won't loose your items, and do not charge as much. Please choose to consolidate your things elsewhere.

We set up an appointment with Shawna at Golden Goose, and my brother and I went to meet her at the storage unit location. After waiting for 30 minutes past the scheduled time and leaving a voice mail for her, we decided to go about the rest of our day. Shawna called my wife and was very apologetic saying that she had wrote down a different time and date. We rescheduled with her for the following week. This time 5 minutes or so past the appointment time, my wife called me to tell me that Shawna had called her to let her know that she had a nose bleed and was going to be late and that was if she could make it at all. I called Shawna and explained that we were waiting at the units and she agreed to come after she got her nose to stop bleeding. When she arrived she looked over the units very casually, took a couple pictures without moving anything out, and told us that she would have the contract drafted up and to us later that afternoon, and that they would get everything out by the end of the month (June). We did not see any quote or contract come through that day, the next day, or even the next week. I eventually called her to see what was going on and Shawna told me that her business partner had looked over the pictures and determined that they did not want to move forward. I explained that that would have been good information to have days ago as now I am paying another month of storage fees after Shawna had told my wife, brother, and I that it was all good and they would get the stuff out before the end of the month. She said that she was looking for other estate sales companies that she could refer us to, but failed to let us know that there was going to be an issue with what we were originally told. I feel as though the whole thing was nothing but red flags, but we wanted to support a local small business. We will still support a small business, just not this one. This whole debacle was handled poorly, with little to no communication, professionalism, or tact.

We spoke with Chris and Jack. Both seem very nice. We were told they have their mechanic go…read morethrough their vehicles. It is our fault for trusting. For not going to a mechanic. For believing in another small business such as we are. We purchased a car 3 days ago. There was a "noise" but we've never had low profile tires. Chris reassured us the vehicles are gone over by their mechanic and are good to go. The noise was just not right. Today we checked the tires. There are cords showing, rubber flapping and wires sticking out on the inside of the sidewalls, stopped by today to talk to them about it. They apologized, and said it won't happen again. Well NO it won't happen again, we can't trust you to buy from you again! Jack stated he didn't have time to really look at this one, that he had checked to make sure the tires weren't lose. He heard the road noise as well. Hind sight is 20/20 as they say. We should have put 2 and 2 together when the first car we drove had serious rear suspension issues. I asked what they were going to do to make it right. There is nothing I can do is the response we received. I'm VERY sad, that is surely not how we run our business.

The engine blew in my car, so I was in the market for a used car fast. I went to a lot of places…read moreand my request was simple: I wanted a used car with 4 doors and A/C. Salesmen at multiple lots tried to sell me new cars, junk cars (windows broken out), coupes, sedans without A/C, etc. Art at American Auto Sales was the only one who listened. I looked at a couple cars on his lot, none felt *right*. Then, he told me he had the perfect car for me but it wasn't at the lot. We drove down to look at it. Lo and behold, it was perfect! A used sedan with A/C and super low miles. It was getting an alignment, so I got financed (ICCU per Art's suggestion) and went to pick up the car the next day. Art went above and beyond. He put new tires (with warranty) on it, had an alignment, and an oil change done. I was estatic! Fast forward 3 weeks, the car had an antifreeze leak. I went back for the last payment on my down payment and asked if he could find out where the leak was coming from so my husband could fix it. Not only did he find the leak, he had fixed it for free! Art provided the best service I could've hoped for at a car dealership. I am SO impressed. I will definitely go back there if I ever need another used car and I will tell everyone I know to go there first to buy a car.

(And I had a had time believing they all developed in the last week on both vehicles) The manager gave a bunch of excuses as to how the shop I had gone to must have missed these issues. So I declined the work and I then had two other shops re-diagnose both vehicles and both shops came back with the same recommendations which were about 1/4 of the list this shop had recommended. This shop strikes me as a shop that capitalizes on folks who aren't knowledgeable about mechanical repairs.
