The ladies working were excellent at communicating with us and letting us know what needed to be done before we went there. To be honest there really wasn't much to be done but we had a lot of questions because we didn't know what to do. They were both very patient with us and made it a smooth process. The gentleman behind the counter that went to retrieve the vehicles was really friendly as well. Plus the location itself is a very clean and bright. They also sell vehicles on consignment so if you're looking for something then you might want to check this place out.

They're getting stuff for pennies on the dollar and it's basically all profit for Musick, not unlike for profit "thrift stores." Musick apparently doesn't do any due diligence to try to get sellers the best prices they can and apparently set no reserve prices or anything and they have no incentive to do so! If stuff doesn't sell or if it does, they still get half and they keep the rest and sell it otherwise! They do not return your stuff that doesn't sell or that they let go for pennies on the dollar. And there's not good customer communication with sellers or this wouldn't be such a big shock!!!
