(Note that it's "Tri" because the name is in Parmigiano dialect)
Traditional Parma food, solid ingredients. Unfussy atmosphere, only locals were eating there. The highlight was the Vecchia alla Parmigiana, a horse meat stew with potato that was like a more flavorful beef. The weak link was the side of porcini (pickled, not fresh).
The location is just a few blocks beyond the edge of the city, but it feels like you're deep in the countryside. I parked on the side of the road, only to discover a large parking lot.
Price wise it's a fantastic value. My favorite restaurant meal in Parma! read more
