My client hired them in July, 2016 to serve divorce papers in Russia and I have never seen the referral fee and my client has not seen any results to date. The owner, Francesco Pecoraro is arrogant, hard to get ahold of and is more interested in promoting some other business he does than getting this job completed. I would NOT give them even one star

Ordered Chinese translation of transcripts on Dec 27,2021. Was told I would receive an email copy…read moreon Jan 5, 2021 and a mail physical copy few days afterwards. Mr. A. Werner and Mr R Rayes was courteous, professional and answered the phone promptly whenever I called. I received an email that my translation was available Jan 3th. I then decided to drive to collect the physical copy instead of asking it to be mailed. Collected physical copy on Jan 6,2022. I should add that just before I left to collect the document, I realize that I needed it to be notarized and called to ask if that service was offered. Mr Werner had already done it. I received 2 notarize copy of the translated documents. Exceptional service. Would use this translation center again. Great service !
