This company says they can do overseas service of legal documents and advertises they will pay $150 for each referral fee.. My client hired them in July, 2016 to serve divorce papers in Russia and I have never seen the referral fee and my client has not seen any results to date. The owner, Francesco Pecoraro is arrogant, hard to get ahold of and is more interested in promoting some other business he does than getting this job completed. I would NOT give them even one star read more
