There have been many issues, but today just really upset me. I begged my husband to go with me today because I lost my voice. I went in and waited for 30 minutes. When it was time for my appointment, the specialist came to get me and I started to walk back there with my husband and she quickly asked, "Ummm.. Is the appointment just for one of you?" She told me it was only me allowed back there and my other option was to leave. I did not feel comfortable going back there without someone with me. I had to cancel my appointment after days of waiting and a 30 minute lobby wait. In my 30 minute wait, I also watched the specialists awkwardly trying to force products onto people. They'd give them a long speech and then say they'd put the product at the desk without the customer even agreeing. All I can say is Winny gives the best facial in Houston.I think that it is a combination of her choice of skin care, her touch and her sweet spirit. She is very gentle with extractions (and I had a ton to do) and the massage is to die for! I love it! I think I may have fallen asleep a few times. Her room is quite, very clean (which I am a stickler for), and I feel right at home. The prices are great too...much less than a big name spa, but with the same care and quality. I am kind of sad that I just found her because she is going to be out of commission for a few months. She said she will be referring all of her clients out to someone else while she is away. Hopefully when she returns I can see her again because my skin looks and feels so great after her treatment. I especially like the botanical based products that she uses. They aren't overly processing my skin, but they do just the trick to get my skin glowing and clean.
