We come to Duluth so frequently that I really view myself as more of a local than a tourist. But I do on occasion want to buy a new Duluth T-shirt, especially one that is funny. So I often stop in here when I'm in town to poke around and look for new stuff. It's like a T-shirt warehouse, with every kind of shirt you could imagine -- straightforward Duluth, MN type shirts or I love Duluth kind of shirts mixed in with funnier shirts for those who are more outgoing with their apparel. Buy two shirts that are more than $14.99 ea and get two for $25 is the standing deal. One thing I like is that the store is well-stocked. Signs invite you to ask for any shirt in any size up to 6XL (6XL!) if you don't see what you need on the shelf. There's also a selection of what I'd call NSFW shirts in the back corner. It is true that there are signs all over the place that are kind of along the lines of "if you break it you buy it" and "don't do this, don't do that," but it's a big place and it is the type of store that I'm sure lends itself to losses from shoplifting. I don't particularly blame them for this. As for the employees, they are not super friendly, nor do they go out of their way to help you. But I have personally never had a notable rude encounter, so I can't agree with the other reviews that the customer service here is that bad. It's definitely not awesome. But that has never prevented me from shopping here and (often) finding stuff I wanted to buy. read more

My family found this place before I saw the reviews. It is a huge place with every kind of Minnesota /Duluth t-shirt, magnet, knick nack you could ever want. It is was clean and well organized. The prices seemed fair, they had the buy 3 t-shirts for $10 to draw you inside. The person whom I assume was the owner was there, scowling and with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. He avoided eye contact. The twenty something guy at the register also avoided casual eye contact but was patient with my kids playing with mood rings and my niece looking at glass objects from the case. My brother in law bought a North Shore item with the knock off North Face logo, a hat, and the glass item and the clerk told him to have a good one. There were lots of signs telling not to bring in backpacks, not to play with toys, you touch it you buy it type thing. read more

Nice store. Some things are overpriced and some are priced as they should be. A lot of stores in this area seem to carry the same items and some are priced higher than others. It's a cool place for little knick knacks. There's a TON of stuff in here and it's going to take a while to take it all in. Good place to find some random souvenirs for people. read more

This place actually has two stores. Both are overflowing with touristy merchandise. There is so much that it would take you hours to sort through all of the crap. Lots of it is way overpriced. Shelves and merchandise were dusty. The customer service at both stores were awful. No greeting, no thank you....nothing. Instead they carry on conversations right there in front of you completely ignoring you. So I said screw this and went elsewhere. Other shops in that same area had nicer, cleaner products and get this.....they were nice, welcoming and helpful. Customer service goes far and unfortunately some people just don't get it. read more

My husband saw a design on the wall he wanted to get on a t-shirt. A young man helped get one made and we paid 22.99. Upon returning home I washed it and a good part of the design was peeling off. I tried to call the number on the receipt. The mailbox is full and no one ever answers. The receipt says "in order to exchange, products must be returned in new and unworn condition with original tag attached to the item". The was no tag on the shirt. We live a 3 hour drive one way from Duluth. I doubt it's the locals buying Duluth t-shirts! i can't see driving 6 hours to exchange a shirt that may do the same thing again! We took a photo of the receipt and t-shirt and sent a text twice to the cell phone number. No response. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they have not heard back from them either. They own a similar store 2 doors down too. Both stores have merchandise that's been on display for years and covered in dust. Broken items are left on shelves also. Most items are to high priced. Take your business elsewhere. If you've been ripped off also, please report it to the BBB. read more

Owner was a bit rude and didn't really seem to care. I was looking at body jewelry and when I asked to take things out of the case to purchase the owner didn't have the key and didn't really take anytime to look for it and told me to come back when another employee was back from break. I did so and the other employee said they didn't have it. I understand things get misplaced but it's frustrating looking at things on display for sale and then having no knowledge or sign saying they were unable to retrieve the merchandise. read more

I wish i could give this place zero stars but it won't let me. Over labor day, I bought a sweatshirt, went back to the hotel to try it on and was a little small so i went back the next day exchange it. They were not able to exchange it because of covid, which i understand, but they said the govern was not allowing stores to return items which was a crock of crap. Then they said i can exchange it at a later time and they would send me a different size. Well tried to email them, no response. Tried to message them on Facebook, no response. Tried to call them, no answer. This is the worst service and operational store i have ever been to. I wouldn't even waste my time looking through there windows. Avoid at all Costs!! read more

Usual trinket shop, everything is pretty marked up and pricey. None of the shirts or sweatshirts I looked at went past a XL if you're a bigger person you'll be out of luck. The workers seemed to nor really care and also a lot of the merchandise had a good layer of dust on it like it had been sitting there for ages. read more

Love this store! I dont remember his name but, he was so nice and sweet! I got this sweat shirt and it was the one I kinda wanted but, didn't and it was there store but, smaller and the prices were different and the one I wanted said 50$ but, it was supposed to be 40$! The owner (I think it was), he told me i could trade it in and get the one i really wanted! He was super nice and made my day! I still thank him very much for what he did for me! Do not support this company, buy your trinkets elsewhere! I had a terrible experience with very rude employees today where I walked out and left everything on the counter. It's unfortunate that the service is so horrendous since it's one of the largest selections of souvenirs in town. The owner was so disrespectful that I will never go back. I was just at this store this weekend and our in store experience was not great. The employees were inattentive and had terrible customer service. We purchased a few items and then when we got home a day later, we realized that they left the security tag one of the shirts. When I called to ask what they can do for us, the employee who I talked to was extremely rude! He told me I could go somewhere else to get the tag taken off or I can drive all the way back to Duluth. When I explained to him that I live 3 hours away and will not drive all the way back because they made a mistake, he shouted "I don't know what you want me to do about it!". Unbelievable! As a Duluth resident I hate to leave a negative review for a local business, however, as one who travels and checks reviews I felt it necessary to be honest with our tourists. This store may Duluth but it sure does not or appreciate it's customers. Before he printed our shirt, he was SO COMPLETELY rude that we left the armful of items we had intended to purchase on the counter and we walked out. I will never bring a guest into this establishment. Our tourists are spending their hard earned money in our town and should be treated with respect.
