His attitude was that of a VERY GRUMPY OLD MAN. He did shady work , his character was dodgey, he was grumpy, he was unknowledgeable BUT he'll tell you he's been in the business for 30 years. It isn't always the norm to find that someone truly cares about the well being of the customers being served. Dave is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and personable. The jobs that easygoing, calm, very capable and competent electrician Garrett took care of for me required two full dedicated electrical days as well as two extra quick visits coordinating with a plumber and an HVAC pro. Between Dave and Garrett, I felt like they went well above and beyond to dial in my 101 year old house. I am beyond grateful for all the meticulous work and the way they handled a very curious, communicative (overly so!) hands on homeowner: I learned a lot from them and will not forget how they made the herculean task of upgrading all the exterior knob and tube wiring seem so much simpler and easy than it really is. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation will remain a constant every time I look at all the results. Referrals to anyone and everyone I know who needs electrical work is a no brainer: not one of the five star reviews I see on Google reviews is a surprise. If I could, I would give them ten stars.
