He continued to insist that it was an easy fix, so I paid the $170 and waited. When I returned, he told me he couldn't fix it and gave me only a partial refund. If they do not give full refunds, THEY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE YOU TO PAY BEFORE THE SERVICE. It seems like a scam to me.
