Peake Roofing exceeded every expectation I had--and completely changed what I thought a roofing…read moreproject would be like. I was honestly dreading replacing my roof after storm damage. My roof was over 30 years old, and when I noticed a leak forming in the ceiling near my back stairway, I assumed I was facing a massive out-of-pocket expense--possibly $30,000 to $40,000 or more. What I didn't expect was the level of expertise, honesty, and advocacy Peake Roofing would bring to the table. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. When Vern Peake, the owner, came out, he asked if he could get up on the roof and "take a look around." After a thorough inspection, he came back down and explained that the roof had significant hail damage--and that there was a strong possibility my insurance company would cover it. That moment alone changed everything. Despite the age of my roof and my concerns about matching outdated premium shingles, Peake Roofing went above and beyond. They actually took a sample shingle and had it analyzed to determine the exact grade and weight, ensuring a true like-for-like replacement. That level of detail and commitment is something you just don't see every day. During the project, they continued to impress. After removing the old roof, they identified that updated building codes required improved attic ventilation. Instead of cutting corners, they proactively addressed it--working directly with my insurance company to get approval for additional coverage. They installed three new attic vents to bring everything up to modern standards, all without adding unexpected costs for me. What truly sets Peake Roofing apart is how they advocate for their customers. They handled the insurance process from start to finish, resolving issues, securing coverage for items that weren't originally included, and ultimately keeping the final cost within the original estimate. I never had to go back and negotiate or stress--it was all taken care of. Their crew was just as impressive as their leadership. Every team member was courteous, professional, and respectful of my property. They arrived early, worked hard throughout the day, and completed the project exactly on schedule. When they finished, the cleanup was so thorough you'd never know they had been there--except for the flawless new roof. Even after the job was done, their service didn't stop. Following a recent windstorm, a few shingles were blown off. I reached out, and within four days they were back out to make the repairs--completely free of charge. No hassle, no insurance involvement--just fast, reliable service. Peake Roofing delivers not only exceptional craftsmanship but also unmatched customer care and integrity. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone--especially if you're navigating storm damage and insurance claims. They truly go above and beyond in every way.
