Every time he hit a bump, white rocks the size of ping pong balls hit the pavement and bounced all over the road, hitting cars on both sides of the road. I was not tailgating nor was I directly behind him. Needless to say the rocks hit my windshield & now I have a huge crack and require a replacement. I called Mr Ventrilla to discuss the situation, sent pictures & left a voicemail. Never returned my call. I finally reached him and let me tell you.....this was the rudest person. This is a person that does business in our area, is a business owner, that does not take responsibility for damages. Let that sink in.........
