When attempting to purchase a product which included tobacco I was asked for my ID, granted I'm 24 but I'll take the compliment. After looking at my VERY valid US driver's license for two seconds he says this looks nothing like you. I show him my credit cards with my name on it as well as another form of ID in my wallet and he says no he can't serve me. I'm sort of sad he didn't try to confiscate my ID as a fake because that would of been hilarious. Safe to a say never going back here. Stay clear of Angry Andy!

I normally have the pleasure of speaking to one of the ladies while im in there but today it was Scott Bailey that was at the front counter. I told him what I wanted and proceeded to pay with my phone (Google pay) when he legit started yelling at me about how he won't complete my transaction with a phone and how it has to be with a card! No joke he made a complete spectical out of me in front of everyone in the store. I was polite and in no way shape or form deserved to be treated like that. Especially by a gas station attendant who is expected to provide positive customer service. If he did in fact want me to use my physical card, that would have been no problem, I simply asked if there was a certain reason as to why because I stop there everyday on my way to pontiac and have never had an issue. It's not what you say, its how you say it! After being yelled at by him for tapping my phone on the card reader (not knowing he wasn't allowing google pay) being made a spectical, and apologizing still saying sorry on my part for not knowing, he continued on talking to other customers about me as I walked to McDonald's to grab my mobile order. Then walking back through the store he yet again still was going in on me, legit right in front of my face! No one deserves to be treated like that and its a shame and embarrassing to be the target of such mean nasty comments for absolutely no reason at all! Then to have him continue on talking to others in the line after legit yelling at me for using Google pay is extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. Shame on you! I was humiliated and felt extremely uncomfortable walking through there the second time to leave with him still uttering comments as I walked out the door! I will never buy another thing from this store in my life! Never would I spend money at a place that allows people to treat others this way! Take my advise and don't use Google pay there if you do shop there, he will loose his mind unannounced and have you completely stunned and embarrassed just like me. Even though this wasn't Costco's fault, I reached out to explain what had happened. To my surprise, the manager showed incredible kindness and empathy and offered to replace the Costco items I had lost. This level of customer service is exactly why I continue to shop at Costco. They treated me with compassion, made a stressful situation so much easier, and truly went above and beyond my expectations. I'm incredibly grateful for their generosity and professionalism. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for turning a frustrating experience into a positive one. You've earned a customer for life!

Just your average 7-11. The Slurpee machines were all up and running. They had hot food on the…read moregrill. The clerk was friendly enough. They have a nice selection of snacks and beverages. I don't understand the cup sizing these days. All of the cups are plastic. There is a sign that medium slurped are $1 with your reward account, but O have no idea which slurpee is the medium because they cited the cups and they all look like the same size. They do have a nice variety of slurpee flavors. Some regular, low calorie, fruity, etc. All of the customers were wearing masks. That was a good feeling. Hand sanitizer was available as well. Store wasn't dirty. All in all, good place.
